IT'S A HISTORY STORY WITH
OR WITHOUT ALL THE FACTS

A school teacher's daughter accidentially shot and killed him as she claimed to hear a noise outside. The father and school teacher was asleep in his lounge chair when the daughter woke him with the loaded rifle. Details of her story said the teen was distrubed with a noise or noises outside the home which she thought was a burglar, took the loaded arsenal to her father, which accidentially went off and killed him while she was holding it in her hands. The pre-evidence of facts points that it was an accidental shooting, however the whisper of rumors says investigations are continuing and there may be more detailed information unfolding. Whispers are saying it could be some kind of abuse to the daughter that might have been going on quietly inside the home. The father was a history school teacher at the Munford High School in Tipton, TN. Students and teachers have all good things to say about the teacher. The man's father who lives next door, insists it was abosolutely an accidental shooting! This story is history.

The celebration of Labor Day gave two men a chance to "set it off" as they went shooting with a sawed-off shotgun in a Memphis-Germantown Park. Statements say the [two Hispanic men] decided to take advantage of a new gun law that allows permitted gun carriers to take carry guns in state parks. So with the gun in their hands they fired shots in the peaceful serenity of John F. Kennedy Park. Only they were'nt aware that Memphis and Germantown officials voted against the bill and decided not to give permission to the law of carrying guns in it's state park. The two men were taken into custody, because they did not have gun permits and were alien to the abiding in the law. No one was injured during their drive-by shootings. Fact is the two men will be charged with reckless endangerment and possession of an illegal weapon. The two citizens were not illegal aliens.
The two of them might be whispering..."I told you so Amigo!" "You told me so, pero mi amigo you did it too!"

H1N1 has found it's way to Memphis, Tennessee

The first case of death from H1N1 was reported last week taking the life of a 13-year old middle school boy. The Memphis City School student attended White Station Middle School. Students wore black one day following the boy's death. Dr. Kriner Cash insists it's a fact that all Memphis City Schools are taking actions to disinfect and keep schools as viral free as possible. He also urges parents to keep sick or ill students at home! The Shelby County Health Officer also stated a fact that "If someone is sick, we are asking, imploring, and pleading and re-emphasizing today, stay home." Memphis Hospitals are being flooded with people having flu symptoms. Health officials are looking for more flu cases to show up in Memphis and surrounding areas.
You know that wearing the mask over your nose and mouth...I've heard rumors it doesn't work at all! ....and that's a fact!

Now former attorney Ricky Wilkins has resigned only to lay down his bills to be paid. Wilkins had a verbal agreement to receive $35,000 a month from the city, but his fees has excelled that to a whopping $162,000. Wilkins is a close friend of former Mayor Willie Herenton. Some facts state that Wilkins was hired to handle a controversial case of company that manages and handles Beale Street. Details of that case will begin over three years ago. There are a lot of whispers in rumors floating around about fees, legal tenders and businesses dealings. Lots of allegations and name calling has the Pro-tem Mayor Lowery and City Council members searching for some facts to find the truth. Another attorney Elbert Jefferson is having to answer questions too, regarding why he paid $55,000 in legal fees paid to the former lawyer. Councilman Harold Collins stated a fact to Attorney Jefferson saying: "We can't function on rumors and allegations." "We have to know the truth."
Hold up! Stop right there!

IT'S A FACT AND NO RUMOR GUNS DON'T DO ANYTHING!
You've heard how guns get the "bad rumor" of killing, but guns don't do anything. It's the hands that are holding the guns. Crimes, wars, killing, murders are not done by guns, but those people who are holding the guns in their hands. People should, and need to be more responsible with weapons that kill, hurt and injure. There are numerous and uncountable stories how flying bullets find their way into innocent victims. Taking lives from all ages and any aspects of persons. Ordinary people going about their normal living have been caught up in death of a cross-fires, or even a mis-fires with people using guns so irrationally. Think twice before picking up your gun(s). Most of all think safety.
Gang wars, and drive by shootings and just plain people taking a target practice. Then of course, there are criminals who use guns to rob, steal and shoot in no regard for human life. The plotting and under cover drug dealers and even those use guns in plots for murders. I hope you are a responsible gun user. Be safe with your guns, keep them away from children, and never grab a gun when you're angered!
I'm stating a fact not a rumor, it's not the guns that kill. Guns don't do anything, it's a fact people kill with guns. Spread the rumor with facts. This has been MY NEWS BLOG. I welcome your comments. What do you think?
