Local and loyal readers know me, but if you've never visited this little news, then you haven't realized whom I am just yet. That's okay, I love to meet new people all time. You're about to join in on a most perculiar news you've read before. If you're not quite accustomed to reading Southern dilect, then this will be a great practice.

It's thime to go on our adventure. Gather you some hiking clothes, and some dancing outfits. We's gone be blowin around like Tennessee Trash! We gits to go to some towns and cities in Tennessee and on ours way we make this stop in this simular sounding fest...

October 16-18 --Cosby, TN
Join the Cosby's in the Great Smoky Mountains. There will be an antique car show along wit 100 other exhibits. Nawh! I wasn't talkin 'bout Bill he's on another show.

That's Cosby, Tennessee and they is also having a 5K Moonshine Run. I don't thank that ya'll be dranking moonshine though. You'll a have "lightness of foot" racing round them mountains nearby in Cosby. Wake up the chullens'! Grab the folks next door and git to see what a funny fun time is awaiting you in "On the Cosby Fest" I bleeve ya'll need some money for the race and to buy thangs, so brang some you hear! Them folks in Cosby is Knoxsternal so we won't make too much of a ruckus!

You hears it right! Indians share their culuture and dance in the beautiful scenic places of Long Hunter State Park. If you's neber been thar it's alright, A Little Southern News takes you to escape in places you'd anin't neber been. But I only do a little news! Join them in tasting indian treats and special dishes. Looks they's doing a Knoxs dance .....

You can injoy yo'self wit yo chaps! They can wear costumes too! Learn, share and socialize with yo' Native Americans. This is A Little Southern News, so my source didn't mention the time it starts. But I know most of ya'll just goin wit me here anyway...Du...uh! Just so you know The Long Hunter Park is voted top 16 state park by The Natives People Magazine. 10,000 Indians make Tennessee their home... That's must mean its be a pretty place!
Since we's dancing a let's make it a POW WOW! I bleeve I'll stay in my place...10,000 indians could have me swallowing a lot of pumkins..."If you know what I mean?"
One day, I'm gone have a long talk wit them 10,000 Indians....but it won't be any time too soon!

28 ANNUAL FALL FEST AND TENNESSEE STATE POW WOW!

Stick around a bit...pick up some festivities at the fall of fests. Held in the downtown areas of Nashville. People thar will be list'n to Bluegrass music, and "soppin biscuits in sorghum molassess" The little ones can pet the farm animals. I'm sho' thar be swines, and chicks, ducks and thangs like that! Thar's need to have some money, so don't go wit out any change! It's sure to be a Knoxsternal time.... from 7:30- 9:00 p.m.

If you like the tastes of brews and beers then Knoxville has it all here. Pick up yo' samples of tasting beers of all kinds. Lights and darks, strong and weak, the jam in the jars is for tasting. The source says that it's an unlimited tasting thime. Crafts, arts and music will top it off! Don't ya'll drank too much. If you gits to ring the bell and hammer you might miss it! So stays sober so you can hit the target!
