I'm really having a problem with this one. I'm wondering who is sicker in this case--- the psycho Sowell OR the neighbors? At least I know Sowell is mental, but I can't understand how 'Normal' people can not distinguish between dead rottening flesh & know that something isn't adding up. This case could have come to an end alot sooner if the people had been more vigilant in their neighborhood and perhaps the victims' lives could have been saved. Just my two cents worth....
