Dear Family ...
I wanted to let everyone know that my son, Marques Oliver, will be going to Haiti!
The Lord certainly interceded on his behalf, amen? Amen!
As word traveled about Marques' ambition and goal, Marques has been contacted by Ed Norris (Host of The Ed Norris AM radio show), the Baltimore Orioles Club Manager, and Mercy Corps Workers organization.
Through that effort, Marques will be traveling with the Mercy Corps Workers organization who is sending teams of doctors, nurses, etc. weekly to Haiti to assist with recovery!!! Amen! Amen!
Marques is on standby and tentatively scheduled to fly out on January 25, or February 1, 2010!
The best news is that Marques raised his travel costs and contributed to his expenses from his own savings as well. He received his medical clearance, passport, and medical supply kits!!!!
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE FURTHER CONTRIBUTIONS/PLEDGES. THANK YOU angels for your prayers as well. Marques has experienced a renewed spirit in Christ and he is preparing to write a thank you to all his supporters and donators.
