This is the change that President Obama spoke about. He still have much to address when it comes to changing the downward course of America, but Health Care is the best place to start. Now onto education.

No disrespect Apostle Agnes, but what's up though with the false white image of Jesus, especially on a Black networking site. How deep is the sickness of white supremacy and Black inferiority?

Well, Steven you ought to know a few things based on common sense and knowledge.
Firstly, the Bible is the Hebrew people’s testimony to the world of how God have helped them in their times of trouble as well as personally helped them, am I right.
Secondly, since Jesus was a Jew which is a race entirely different from our race, Black Americans Jesus was not Black as we are. I believe that you are implying that Jesus was Black, am I right.

You seem to be a confused and misled individual as most all Black Americans are.

Now, if I am wrong please correct me I will be most grateful, okay.

He has done waht every President since Republican Theodore Roosevelt has tried and failed to do.

It was a TEAM effort. And special credcit has to go to those vulnerable Dem representatives who put their careers on the line. Hopefully, they can recover.

Right Clark--there is still work to do and plenty of hurdles and pitfalls that can derail all the good the law does.

Now comes the spin wars over what it all means for the typical American voter.

I would like to see how the Reopublcans who are all against it try to tell the voters they will be better off by allowing insurance companies to deny coverage on the basis of pre-existing conditions or to kick children off their parents insurance rolls at 19 (the new law lets them stay till age 26) or to allow insurance companies to deny coverage and drop you if you get sick and actually make a claim.

I'd like to see how they will convince people that this old way makes them better off.

And when this fight is over, even if the entire bill passes with the fixes and the President signs it, there are always the dozen or so legal challenges.

It is never ending obstructionism.

You know, they pulled this kind of crap with civil rights back in the sixties. I remember a redneck Georgia Gov named Lester Maddox standing in front of his store with an ax handle, claiming the right to refuse to serve anyone he wanted on the basis of skin color.

It didn't work then--and it won't work now.

There was a story by Dana Millbank in the Washington Post about how Republicans members of the House visited the demonstrators before and during the voting procedure, egging them on, stoking their anger.

These repeated incidents of crass rudeness, profanity and insult now are so numerous they constitute a PATTERN. This is their MO.

I think what I am saying is that you need to give a greater measure and be serious about it of becoming a sovereign people on a portion of this continent over anything else. Now, that does not mean you drop everything and go sit in the corner, okay.

In other words, do you think that you have the capacity to continue living as you are and at the same time having and working with great ambition towards becoming a sovereign people especially for the sake of your grandchildren? Well, if you can it would set you apart from Siebra, Steven Muhammad and Ms. Agnes Levine, right.

A people becomes real and there is no substitute for it when they have attained self-governance, am I right.

Siebra, I have always advocated and promoted sovereignty or complete independence on a portion of this continent for Black Americans since it is our only permanent solution.

So, I would like to ask you, when is the time Black Americans should want to have sovereignty or complete independence?

Do you see things differently then I do since Mr. Farrakhan, neither promotes nor advocates sovereignty? Is this why you think Black Americans do not need sovereignty? But, on the other hand, Elijah Muhammad advocated separation, which to him was sovereignty. Now, Mr. Farrakhan is a student of Elijah Muhammad, am I right. So, why is he not advocating separation?

You seem to be a very confused woman along with the entire NOI. You all don’t seem to know which way is up, am I right.

I do love the way these Republicans refuse to say how wrong those racist remarks and attacks on the politicians are only providing excuses for this behaviors...but, as it would not make any differences to these people any way because "I" doubt if they even know who it is they hate in the first place or even care as long as they can get bigger and better at getting media coverage...

I only wonder about the staying powers of any in the right-wing, the Republican party in their loosing as many seats as possiable in NOvember over all of this...lets not forget those White politicians wh have found such a staple in aides for showing up in Black churches...HOw those they are attacking were there in preson with Dr. King...that there is an on going cry to end these Bush's wars, ect.

I saw McCain for about 2 seconds on the floor on Cspan this morning...He was able to get out of his mouth how the democrats were celebrating with champaing last night after the vote only because the president said there would be no celebrations right now...I repeat he was able to say this because this is how long it took me to get to my remote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mccain looks like he has aged and has not had any sleep...his down fall was inviting Palin to come to support him and then Brown...it seems now the Brown elections is being blamed for the HCB's new life, but then I have heard many of how and why any way and all will go against the republicans as well as the Democrats(smile)

Does anyone in the right-wing realize that people vote who will be helped by some of these thngs going into effect right away...I have no idea why they ae just acting like people don't vote or better yet that we in the public are taking a better look at those we have voted in to D.C over and over on automatic as we have not been doing in the past?!?

but, I have to admit, I can not tell who in this republican party is for or against the behavior of the Teaparty any more...its like a mother eating her own and with such relish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!( I am not smiling at this behavior of our elected officials) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clark I do hope Oren Hatch hears what you just said about this not being Universal health care...he is on Fox saying that they are going to kill this bill in the Senate because it is UHC.lol

But, because ALL of the Republicans have the same old never ever ending talking points, there is no way that the Dems. don't have themselves prepared for them in the first place...as for me, I still don't trust any of them as they have all accepted $$$ from the insurance companys. (smile)
