Obamacare will further damage the doctor-patient relationship, and if it were a good program, it wouldn’t have to be imposed by force.

Sorry--I don't see how this current Health CAre Law gets between the doctor/patient relationship any more than the current health care situation allows Insurance company bureaucrats get between doctors and their patients.
My daughter in law is a physician. She speaks of having to fight, literally go to war with Insurance companies in order to get them to agree to meidcal treatment she, as a doctor, recomments for the welfare of her patients.
That is rationing care. That is death panels. And it ain't the federal govenment doing it. It is the insurance companies.

Earl, as it seem that we in the Black community are seen as the ones who have no health care, no jobs or intentions of getting any jobs so the we can at least get health care... and WE have the most need with all of these unwed mothers and aides and drug addicts and gun shot wounds ending up at the doctors, ect. then we should be glad for any and all help we can get that is until the doctors stop asking everyone what kind of health care insurance people have before they see them...just me thinking about the image about African-Americans. ...

..OH, AND eARL, AS jARIJUANA IS THE HIGHEST GROSSING CROP IN CA. AND SOME ARE ALREADY PAYING TAXES ON IT IN OAKLAND, THEY SURE HOPE TAHT YOUR STATE WINS THEIR CASE AGAINST OUR PRESIDENT AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. (smile)
OUr state sure could use that tax moneys from marjuana (now only coming from home and forest growths restricted by the illegals who have nerves to do so on a massive scale and not the state)and to be able to get back all or that same s*x marriage money these bridal and cake business have lost...(smile)

Clark until one person can tell me spicifically how they themself and just O-N-E person in Congress will be harmed by this bill, I will call all of it hear say. (smile)
But, as of right now what is going on in this country is going to cause the change that has been needed for many, many generations...Our Congress is at long last being called to account for their own behaviors!!!!!
