Some of you know of Dr. Francis Wesling, some of you don't and some of think that you do. Lol. Either way I will still introduce her as many of you don't know her. Dr. Francis ia an African American psychiatrist who is noted for her great works, "The Cress Theory of Color Confrontation". In this very detail work that uses the science of psychiatry Dr. Welsing explains the mind set of White Supremacy. Since she is a certified doctor of this science she has every right and ability to expound White Supremacy and define it's mind set. With this in mind lets remember that she's a blackwoman working in a field dominated by Whites and that until this day no White scientist has ever given a detail pyscho-analyze of the White Supremacy mindset. D
Dr. Francis Welsing fundamental approach is what causes White Supremacy? What is the sub-conscious need in whites to feel that much be supreme over all other people based upon race. Now we know that the concept of race within itself is a fallacy and that genetics has proven that race doesn't exist. We also know that the notion of race has been suggested by Whites and furthered by them as a social construct and even suggested some White scientists now that the races are separate species. The question originally asked what is causes the White Supremacy mindset is the focus of Dr. Wesling's work. Since she is a professional scientist in the field of mind her opinion does count and her works stands to be refuted if that is possible. For Dr. Wesling's answer is that White Supremacy is the fear of genetic annihilation that Whites have going on with them on the subconcious level.
Now many people say that there's no difference between the races genetically. Yes this is true in the sense that genetically we are all one species the human race per see. But the idea that race is nothing more than skin color is much too simple minded. We know that family traits or genetics is passed down which sometimes contain gifts, innate abilities, phobias and diseases etc. What Dr. Francis is suggesting is that a physcology of fear is passed down from generation of generations of Whites from ancient times until today that is a fear of mating with people of color for their future offspring will turn from the hope of being pure white to offspring of color thus no more White group of people.
Well there goes the ultra simple idea that there is no genetic difference between the races. Now we all have heard of the Yin and Yang theory or the theory of Duality. Which suggests that there is a opposite force for everything in creation such as if there is a Black there is a White and if there is a hot there is a cold, Up and Down and East and West etc. In the field of genetics there's exists two opposites dominant and recessive which works like on an off. Dominant genes will always supercede those of recessive whenever the two meet after two organisms of the same species have mated. For instance Black genes are dominant and thus whenever a Blackmale mates with a White female the offspring will bear more of the genes of the Blackmale in skin color and other other features as well as now carrying the genes of both the dominant parent and the recessive mother. This accounts for instances where two white parents can produce a Black baby because one of them had or both maybe a Black ancestor. Now Doctor Wesling works doesn't deal with the entire scope of genetics but she uses genetics as tangible to illustrate the deep fear of whites.
We know that where ever in the world Whites have explored they have tried to use rape as means to control conquered populations. This same tactic was used by the Moors when they conquered Spain and parts of Italy and ruled in them both for 700 hundred years. The Moors being of darker hue were able to create an effective buffer of mulattoes and thus keep control over the area. When the English did this to other White tribes this tactic worked but when Whites tried this with nations of color the tactic failed i.e Latin America. The Spainish in Latin America tried breeding out the Indians but only manage to create a population of mulattoes that still had darker hue than them and thus still different and not loyal which in turn outnumbered the Spainish and they lost control over their colonies. The Brittish when enslaving the Africans in America forbade the mixing of Whites and Blacks for this very reason that Blacks genes were too dominant. Thus was created the law that if a baby was born with one drop of Black blood that baby was considered Black where as in Spain person mixed with Spainards were considered White. This confusion lingers today as many Latin Americans who are Mestizos meaning mixed insist they are Spainish and of Spainish origin yet they show no loyalty to being European or White.
The entire scope of Dr. Welsing's work deals not with genetics but the physcology of White Supremacy. It explains Europeans creating "Racism" which is a system which judges or ranks people by skin color and the skin color of one's ancestors. It explains their abnormal behavior and unexplained violence, hatred, suppression and oppression of people of color worldwide. Dr. Welsing created this analogy of White Supremacy back in the 60's but has spent much of her time defending herself than having her theory of the White Supremacy mindset refuted or accepted. Her work is like a book on a shelf very dusty because no one wants to read nor deal with her work on scientific level. Yet I applaud Dr. Wesling for many years sticking behind her work and going out and facing any challenger to her work.
Now mind you I'm an advocate that racial prejudice can be eliminated and should be. But when we deal with the true cause of racism we can't over look the fact that what we call "Racism" was invented by one group of people. Then we have to deal with the root cause of why that group created this tactic in the first place. This social disease of racism has spread throughout the world and has cause much untold human suffering. Why does President Barrack Obama avoid the International Conference On Race? Why do people continue dodge the work of Dr. Wesling who breaks down the true cause and culprits behind racism worldwide. The same group who tried to use genetics to suggest the Africa was inferior, the Asian were sick men and the Indian was weak all based upon outer appearance. So I challenge any of you to deal with truth the works of Dr. Francis Cress Wesling if you can.
