Black People: Have you heard of "THE LITTLE RED HEN":::Famous folklore story of virtue (254 hits)

In the tale, the little red hen finds a grain of wheat, and asks for help from the other farmyard animals to plant it. However, no animal will volunteer to help her.

At each further stage (harvest, threshing, milling the wheat into flour, and baking the flour into bread), the hen again asks for help from the other animals, but again she gets no assistance.

Finally, the hen has completed her task, and asks who will help her eat the bread. This time, all the previous non-participants eagerly volunteer. However, she declines their help, stating that no one aided her in the preparation work, and eats it with her chicks, leaving none for anyone else.

Though, a bedtime story, will use the basic theme in dissolve for who will and will not be transported to land establishment in Africa. For those black Americans and Americans that help in the process...they will have opportunity to engage in the transitioning process. For those that want to wait till the bread is baked....and we have completed the negotiations in Africa ....you will be denied.

As-Salaam Alaikum Brother Jamal:

I remember one of my niece's teachers reading this story to her when she was in kindergarten. She is now 13. This is a story with a good moral. A few months ago she complained about doing dishes. When she began to complain, I had to share with her another story with a similiar moral that I learned as a teenager:

THAT'S NOT MY JOB

This is the story of 4 people named Anybody, Somebody, Everybody, and Nobody.

Now there was an important job to be done, and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.

Nobody did it.

So somebody got mad about that, because it was Everybody's job.

It turns out that Everybody blamed Somebody because Nobody did what Anybody could have.

Wa Alaikum Salaam.....Thats a catchy story Siebra....what is remarkable about the Little Red Hen is that she asked her friends to help her with something very basic.........baking Bread.....We all need bread and eat bread...much like we all need land and can appreciate the importance of a people having land.

So this hen went out to get assistance from her friends to help her bake it....much like now on various websites. I get more people asking me to tell them when we get the land and everything is in place to let them know.....of course at that time, will be in NO need of them. So the Little Red Hen ate the bread that smelled so good and tasted so good among her chickens but NONE of her friends. I remember my father read me this story as a bedtime tale.

Jamal, if your comment is directed at me...I am still waiting for you to say where you have aquired, been granted or brought land at...first things first...or again I go on feal (can be tested and retested)and not words as they can change from moment to moment as you do Jamal. (smile)

LIke what exactly do you want me to help you with and not maybes or any of the other things you offeer me...I told yo form the git go I would help and then I also told you that I never take part in any thing that does not offer EQUALITY ACROSS THE BOARd AS I GATHER THIS IS WHAT YOU SEE IS BEING DONE IN AMERICA that you disagree with or am I wrong, Jamal??? (smile)

On top of this wheat can be deadly to those allerget to it. LOL so one size of any thing can never fit all as good for them...you know me and the idea of individuality along with facts(smile)

Hell look at what Nation building in someone else's country with out their say gotten America right now...and this country had unlimited human and material resorces. (smile)
