ENRICHMENTS FROM THE WORD:
VESSELS OF HOLINESS
Gracious Greetings:
Go forth today and behold yourself as vessels of holiness. You are God's representatives here. If you are full of faults find correction in God's own word. Seeking diligently that he will forgive you and make you a vessel of holiness in everything you do. Even your conversations and in your respect of other persons will be found holy and correct. A holy life frees you from the world. When you become holy the world is a temporal place and you do not become entangled to live as the world lives, but you'll focus on heavenly living as God teaches you his ways. Become holy in God. He is merciful to make you his holy child forever.
Therefore prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on
the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed.
As obedient children, do not confirm to the evil desires you had when you lived
in ignorance.
But just as he who called you is holy,
so be holy in all you do;
for it is written:
"Be holy, because I am holy."
[1 Peter: 15-16]
