FORGIVE ME,..... I'LL FORGIVE YOU!
"Little ones God wants us to forgive each other!"
When you are wronged by someone you usually are not so succeptable to forgiving them. You may become angry and want to take revenge. You may lash out to swallow him or her down! You may have a cause too-- taking action where you want get even for them wronging you.
On the otherhand, if you have wronged someone else, you should want to ask of their forgiveness. You will need to give apology for what you did, --and you give apology repectively asking that they will forgive you. You will need also to find a view of yourself in them. In forgiveness of them is also asking others to forgive you. This should cause you to examine yourself daily in situations that tempt you to sin, or you even causing others to sin as well. You must careful of things you do which involve yourself with evil thoughts and works which involve inquities to commit wrong..
The importance of forgiveness is that you forgive: if need be REPENT--ask for it, EXAMINE SELF--apply it if it is asked of you --or not, PRACTICE--and strive to keep away from doing wrong or harm to anyone. Do not hold a grude, and don't seek to get even with revenge.
Forgiveness is a merciful gift of fruit, which we also receive from Our Merciful Heavenly God when we repent to Him with contrite hearts. He will forgive us.
Jesus said to his disciples:
"Things that cause people to sin are bound to come, but woe to that person through whom they come. It would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around his neck than for him to cause one of these little ones to sin.
"SO WATCH YOURSELVES"
"If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him."
"If he sins against you seven times a day, and seven times comes back to you and says,
"I repent,
forgive him."
