I'm throwing!
If you're into multi-tasks or juggling several things then you might understand this quote.. " You can kill two birds with one stone." The quote varies from situation to situation and you might have been presented with another version of the same quote. Multitaskings or queens this can be wonderful if you're able to organize a good agenda. This means you're able to take care of two things at the same time. Is this possible? Given some logic I'd say ...No.
The quote may have come about for reasons of hunting since bird hunting was done with stones, or slaying as well. I don't encourage slaying anyone or killing so I'm not endorsing ways to kill. I believe in life.
You can usually only serve one of several tasks at time, but you might be able to go back and forth while doing a little here; and a little there. You can also make one trip account for picking up several items too. One will be finished before the other either way you go at it. There's only real way to kill two birds and that's with one stone--that's one at a time finishing one accomplishment and then soon finishing out the other. Here's a revision of that quote:
"You can kill two birds with the same stone --but with just one throw."

IT!
