There is no need for the one God to commission an electrical engineer for a job unless it was a serious mission to do with technology. Allah, the one God says that oil under the ocean floor is not for man. It is part of the geology of the earth. He has provided the oceans to provide enough water for man to survive till countless days. But, America is a glut for oil and risks its water to thirst for oil. So Allah takes away the ocean filled with aquatic life to oil filled with death.
China foresaw its population problem so enforced a limit on children a family could have. America could enforce a law that limited the number of automobiles a family could own to 2. Any family with more than 2 automobiles could be fined and/or put in jail. This is an example of an legislative act that could help America's thirst for oil. But, instead she wants to continue to prosecute a war, building more machines, and sell and endless supply of automobiles to families.
This is a serious danger and Black Americans of choice will be provided safe passage out of America to the beautiful country of Tanzania, Morocco and Egypt along with 2 other countries as explained in my book 21st Century Vision for Black America

There will be many more blacks wanting to go then I will be able. You dare discount what little Abraham says from the One God ? America has had her hay day. She has climaxed and now going down hill. Black Americans are ready to rule and must get off of the white mans back. Being that I am not a prophet but an engineer, it is not my job to prophecy; it has already been prophecied in the Bible, Torah and Quran. These are the days of Armageddon and Allah sends a descructive force upon America in retaliation against her greed and offensive against muslim countries. Enough is Enough. Allah is all merciful and He refrains from destruction when it is possible the least. But, America's crime has caused anger in the Supreme Being of the Universe. She seeks to dominate and disturb a universe that runs by itself without man just fine.
There should be absolutely no offshore drilling. If there is no oil on your land, then you either have to buy it from another nation whose land has oil or reduce your demand.
