For decades black males have been locked behind bars by the hundreds of thousands, arrested in disproportionate numbers. In fact, black males have experienced the highest rate of imprisonment—6.5 times that of white males and 2.5 that of Hispanic males—of the three major races in the United States. Black males also face execution at rates far greater than those for the general population—approximately 4.5 times more than that of white prisoners and 17.5 times that of Hispanics. In a study of routine traffic stops, racial differences were seen not in stops—blacks and Hispanics were stopped just as often as whites—but overwhelmingly in searches, as blacks and Hispanics were searched nearly 3 times their white counterparts. Now, with a sitting African American President and Attorney General, chances are favorable to broker a deal to abate sentences of non-violent offenders to work relief assignments in African countries slated for homeland for Black Americans. In particular, infrastructure developments include the building of roads, highways, bridges, laying pipe and conduit. Jobs that are labor intensive would employ prisoners from U.S. guarded and managed by "nation building" project. Ideally, we look to broker a deal where black U.S. prisoners that are non-murderers, pediphiles, and rapist would be allowed to work off their sentences by working to modernize Africa. With all due respect, brother. There's a reason blacks are incarcerated more than anyone else. Forget the conspiracy theories leading up as to why, but we commit more crimes than anyone else. Our grandparents bought hook, line and sinker into ''false pride'' theory. We were once told that having too much pride is sinful. Once we gave up pride, we gave up everything. Pride in our neighborhoods, schools, children, ourselves. Without pride, our communities degraded, our appearances degraded, our education degraded, all because we were trying to please the invisible, bearded old dude in the sky by not being too ''prideful''.
Then, we give birth to large families and guess what ... these Negroes grow up and WANT ****. They want **** that your pride-less ass can't provide so they STEAL it. They sell drugs to make cash and buy bling. Now, to make the next car payment, there are no savings and the cycle is in full swing. I know I'm excluding the behaviors of everyone reading BIA, but if you're reading BIA, there's a pretty excellent chance YOU AREN'T READING FROM PRISON.
On a separate note, your creative approach to this nation building thing is an interesting concept. However, please tell me that you don't think that just b/c we have a ''black'' POTUS you can pull this off. Maybe I should re-read for clarity, but please say that is not your mindset. LIE to me if you have to, bro.

Sure, Craig, your point is understood, though, nation building is not interested in placing judgement whether an inmate is guilty or not. Our efforts operates on the person being guilty as charged. Then it becomes a matter of whether the inmates is eligible for this work relief assignment. For example, if they are in for 3 years, then our negotiation to atty General Eric Holder, would be they have to work for 3 years labor in Africa. It would be a 1 to 1 corresponding requirement. A person would be exonerated only after they have completed the necessary time doing the laborious work needed in Africa. Having a black attorney general and president at the same time has to have some merit. At least, I pray so.

Jamal I'm surprized that you didn't recognize the mindset traps that leads our children into crime in the first place. Sending Black prisoners away to work in other countries doesn't sound like the solution. In fact to only send the Blacks away would generate an outcry of prejudice discrimination.

Lets think about this.........as many try to out smart a profession that make it their business to resolve problems. First of all, we can do nothing about the millions of blacks in Prison. Let them come out...commit another crime and put them back in prison. Little to no effort is being done to correct the disparity by doing nothing. Tax dollars of Americans continue to "pay" for their criminal lives on earth for food, clothing and accommodations at prison. OR
Transport a percentage of these criminals to specific countries in Africa. Have them build roads "where there are none", build highways "where there are none", build canals "where there are none", dig ditches for sewage systems "where there are none", lay conduit for electrical distribution "where there are none" and build bridges "where there are none". Now, tens of millions of Africans and black Americans benefit from the lives of these criminals.
In the first case, these black Americans are contributing "nothing" to society but crimes. In the second case, these black Americans contribute infrastructure under the supervision of authority. Five(5) african countries benefit from the lives of criminals. The point is clear.

Using labor-based methods for road works has been an important part of the strategy to improve rural transport infrastructure in Africa over the past twenty-five years. These methods not only produce gravel roads of equal quality to those produced using equipment-based methods, but they also generate rural employment in a cost-effective manner. Although labor-based methods have proved to be a cost-effective alternative to equipment-based methods in many low-wage Sub-Saharan African countries, these methods have not been applied on a large scale.
Work relief projects using ex-criminals from U.S. will allow for massive road, highway and bridge construction setting the stage for industrialization on a large scale.

Hello to All,
It is criminal for one sect of pompous Blacks to take advantage as slave labor of another sect of disadvantage Blacks. It is the same as Black on Black crime when you see the Crypts and the Bloods killing each other, am I right.
From my standpoint, all Black Americans are in need of the same thing and that is sovereignty or complete independence from White America on a portion of this continent and nowhere else that we could call our very own country with borders to pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way.
When my concept of sovereignty begins to take shape and from I want all my people, the good, bad and the ugly. That is, I want all my criminals and the mentally insane. I will immediately incarcerate the criminals to be reevaluated by our own professional people.
In other words, what needs to happen and will have been to Black Americans is a divine transformation.
This criminal concept of Jamal’s is not to be.

A divine leader looks beyond the obvious. A successful nation needs the means to transport goods and services across its territory. Food, medicines and all sorts of materials uses trucks, vans and other automobiles to deliver products in a timely manner. One of the most laborious jobs is road and bridge construction. No one wants to do it because it is back breaking work: the elements, heat, heavy loads, dirty, messy and risky. In America, incentives of overtime pay help make for efficiency in road construction. I cannot think of too many jobs more labor intensive then the building of roads, highways and bridges. A lumberman or seaman comes to mind.
Due to the nature of road construction technique and the labor involved, many nations in Africa suffer due to a lack of adequate infrastructure. Anyone on BIA who has ever been involved in road construction knows exactly what is spoken of here. A woman with pretty nails like perhaps Helen would have no clue as to the level of HARD WORK road construction really is. Forget about being tired...forget about your nails...forget about neck pain....forget about back pain....forget about muscle aches.....it is a job has has to be done if a nation is going to prosper. The best way to get roads, highways and bridges done is to have a group perform this work in exchange for their freedom. It is absolutely the wisest method of achieving the objective. If a person has never done a laborious job in their life...please think before you speak....because infrastructure development is necessary but undesireable by most persons. It will server to rehabilitate and develop a nation at the same time. Once again, brainless Harry speaks the hypothetical relying on psycho-bull**** but any nation needs someone to lay the roads.

Jamal ... Strategically on the grass roots level.... Did you have this in mind? .... Infrastructure of course is the top of the list.... Now as an Engineer and my past association with the military.... I believe there is a 7 tier system when it comes to Intrastructure...
However... The Military sets up first what they call Critical Infrastructure....mostly trained/professional personnel - Temporary hubs for Emergency Services... Medics... Telecom... Stores for equip..and misc... ports... Air ports and maintenance stations (Motor Pools).... to aid in Land Improvements... which are not considered Infrastructure...
The infrastructure..it self is basically the services: Water/Irrigation systems/Municipal services/utilities .... roads... bridges...

Personally I have mixed feelings about taking prisoners who serve time, some falsely accused and shipping them off to another country without their willingness to do manual labor.... That's like the black prisoners on the chain gang.. befing forced to work hard labor for crimes they didn't commit! Sorry... Just my feeling...

Oh, so you are asking a question...then thats differant, Cynthia. Please continue reading my book, because you do not have proper understanding. Nation building plans to negotiate arrangement with the US for non-violent prisoners to serve out their sentences doing laborous work in Africa on a volunteer basis. These prisoners must be willing to participate. Or, they can keep their black azz in jail and serve out their sentences behind bars. Being locked up in prison is as close to HELL as you can get. There is no force about it. So to use the word force is absolutely out of the question. Should the US government agrees, then x number of black prisoners will perform infrastructure labor under the direction and guidance of Nation building supervisors.

OK, Party over....Clark you summarized about the step approach that Cynthia referenced. Nation building efforts for instance in Tanzania will be project driven. There are some 6 major projects we will undertake. Infrastructure is a component of each project as it merits to efficiency being able to effectively move equipment, materials and personnel from point of entry to the countryside. If the project for example is "agricultural development" first step is for the host country to scope the land area effected. Military personnel of Tanzania would secure the boundary area: This will prevent Nation building personnal from having direct contact with tribes/villagers/natives. Secondly, Nation Building civil engineering will convey optimum routing of goods in and out and scale size of job. (2) Project management will commence with support services construction team. (3) Nation building security will take positions of strategic deployment of materials and equipment. (4) Nation building Prisoner Work Relief will assign teams for specific road, bridge and piping duties; (5) Nation Building skill staff will oversee construction meets specifications (6) Nation Buidling project management will interact with host country (Tanzania) for additional needs or issues. In short, Tanzania military will primarily be used for boundary control so that our work may continue unhampered. This is a basic summary but the key points are there. My point is not to write a script but to summarize the basics. It is left for the members of Nation Building for the finer details.

I hope the land becomes available, as long as the and the water is not contaminated.
I believe it is an excellent option for not only for those in prison, but also those who are not. A question tho? Who will be in charge? Will this be a country already in existence or will the U.S.government dictate the rule of law there?
Also, will the ex-prison have duel citizenship, which would so be a plus in regards to import and export businesses. It would also create an opportunity for children and families to travel and learn about other parts of the world, especially African history.
The idea has great potential if planned well and the Black people in America have the right to make the overall decision.

That sounds great... and also Nosakhere .. when you ask who will be in charge is this in reference to dictatorship? US -vs- African Government? Parlimentary? and @ Jamal..... would it be safe to ask if citizens have the opportunity to just roam and travel the country sides... villages...townships?? As US citizens go over into other countries special permissions have to be granted correct?
Also..... I read that there are US citizens over in parts of Africa on Humanitarian efforts ... and are contracted @ time intervals.... So is this also a set requirement with Nation Building?

Bro. Nosakhere....The transitioning from America to Africa is run by the non-profit company Africa on Wheels. It allows for tax exempt donations from foundations, philanthropists and governments. Nation Building was formed as an engineering "project" to go into Africa with the scope of modernizing key elements of an African nation, industrially, in return for Land. A need analysis of each country in Africa was taken to resolve into 5 which provided us the best opportunity. Tanzania is one of those countries bordering the Indian Ocean. While Tanzania is bordered by the three largest lakes on the continent, many areas are very dry, with little opportunity for agriculture. Water and sanitation remains a high priority: just less than half of Tanzanians have somewhere safe and hygienic to go to the toilet, and only 62% of the population have access to an improved water supply. Basically, we will employ state-of-the art pumping systems afixed to new channelling network for taping into the water from the 3 large lakes as well as boreholes and dispensing water outlets to new areas within the country to upgrade both their water supply and serve newfound agricultural needs. Egypt is another of the 5 countries, where we will bring discrete manufacturing in exchange for land. The Prisoner work relief participants will have an option of returning to America after their term has expired or remain in Africa with as a citizen of a new Black American Nation. While in Africa, they will carry dual citizenship. Should they return to America, they will loose their citizenship in Africa.

Cynthia, the relocation of Black Americans to Africa operates as a project. As such, each project member is accountable for specific task rendered. We cannot afford to "loose" one member to any accidents. When not engaged in project activities, times will be arranged for Black Americans to visit the host country in groups of 10 as a way of familiarizing ourselves with the customs and culture of the country.
There will be no dictatorship, as we know that does not work in the long run. But, we will establish our form of government in our new established land, which is called Naturalism. Basically, it is similar to democracy but rather than rule by the people it is rule by nature. Nation members will vote but it can be trumped by its impact on nature. A separate blog will go into details on "naturalism". Much like in America where a president is elected and congressmen. A head of state will also be elected in our new government and as well as members of parliament. There will be term limits. The first head of state will be myself, then a model of rulership will be established.

A week ago I got a call from a relative stranded in Tanzania on the border with Zambia---both nations run by dictatorial silly paganChristians with Majority Muslim populations. I just paid for the safe passage of a mother and her children.
2010 real life, not fantasy from a fairy tale mind.
And , africa is already full of aids, why would one even think of bringing a bunch of american lazy aids carriers to africa.

Prior to being permitted to being relocated out of America by plane, each member must have a record that they have been tested for AID/HIV and do not possess this disease.

Hello to All,
Black America’s dilemma is the dilemma that the children of Israel experience in the days of Moses. I say this because what this foolish program does not have in it is God. God was in the dilemma of the children of Israel, am I right.
Anyway, Black Americans are going to become a sovereign people on a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders. We will not have to work for what will become our country, which will be a portion of this continent. Our ancestors already worked and passed it on to us. Therefore, it is no need for us to work a second time in Tanzania or any other African country in exchange for land. Our homeland is a portion of this continent. It is just that we do not have the resources to collect and it will take the intervention of God. Remember, that half of us after the Civil War foolishly went to Africa and established a country of Liberia. Since then to today, you could see that God was not them.
We are a made people on this continent as well as all of our immediate ancestors were born, worked without pay, died and are buried in the soil of this continent. We have no business in Africa.
Moses had enough sense to take the body of Joseph, one of his own, when they were leaving Egypt. That act of Moses was very impressive to me compare to the ignorance of Jamal wanting to Africa. Moses was making a point that Egypt is not their country. Jamal does not understand that Black Americans are not Africans either. Furthermore, he is looking for White America to fund his non-profit project. The Egyptians did not fund Moses Exodus. God funded Moses Exodus. God is funding Harry’s sovereignty God anointed me and made me to understand that sovereignty on a portion of this continent is our only permanent solution.
Again, Jamal’s project is a fabricated project. Black America’s dilemma is well above the capacity of men to handle. Do you believe that Jamal’s pea brain is better than what Dr. King or Elijah Muhammad or Marcus Garvey rationale for a permanent solution of Black Americans? No, Jamal’s pea brain is just that, a pea brain. I give him credit for trying to sell his book on BIA.

Harry says..."We will not have to work ......" to get soverign land. Only a fool would think such a thing. Name any nation on this planet that did not come by some work. War is work in a violent form. Nation building is work in the production form. We do not transition from America to Africa to settle in Africa. Then, yes, we would end up with the same fate as the ignorant African Americans that went back to Liberia. For success, there always has to be a plan.
Allah has provided a divine plan under my leadership as Father of the new world to establish land in Africa. When you think of divine plans as foretold in the Bible, Torah and Quran, the oppressed children of God has to depart the land they were current in. Never do you think of sectioning off a piece of land that God has condemned to be destroyed. Abraham's mission is supported by Allah, the God of the Universe. Allah is beyond an Arab God. Allah is beyond a Chinese God. Allah is even beyond an African God. Allah is God. So let Harry name his God. Harry is a blind fool with no works.
All engineering project as fabricated for without a structure, a plan there is no order. Harry repeats himself and repeats himself. When you look at his picture, if you are like me, it makes you want to crap. He is repulsive has not a good name.

Hello Abraham,
Abraham, your project says that Black Americans will be working to acquire land in Africa and that is because God is not in your project. Your project is not divine it is synthetic. Our ancestors have already worked for land here on this continent. We should not have to work a second time and we will not since we are going to inherit a portion of this continent.
Now, what I am talking about is that our ancestors have already worked alongside Whites to acquire the real estate of this continent from the Native American Indians and brave the elements of nature. Our ancestors have not collected from their labor, suffering and sacrifices and that is where God comes into the picture on our behalf since we never had the resources to collect on our portion of this continent. So again, we will not have to work a second time to get land since we are going to inherit a portion of this continent left to us in a divine way by our immediate ancestors.
When we become a sovereign people or have complete independence from White America on a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders our work will be maintenance and improvement of our newly acquired country. For instance, did not our ancestors helped build the White House and Washington, DC?
Theoretically, Jamal’s project entails working a second time. This should not be necessary to acquire land. Black Americans will inherit a portion of this continent as I have said. White America will be hard-pressed; nevertheless, they will be happy that we are sovereign after 500 years of slavery and subjugation. White America will become one of our strongest allies in the future. Africans have nothing to offer us.
Jamal says this, “When you think of divine plans as foretold in the Bible, Torah and Quran, the oppressed children of God has to depart the land they were current in.”
Firstly, the Bible, Torah or Quran Black Americans are not in those books. Therefore, these books cannot foretell anything about Black Americans. Black Americans have to have our own beginning as a people and those books had. For instance, the Torah speaks of the beginning of the Hebrew people. The Quran speaks of the beginning of Arabian people. Black America’s religious book, which is forthcoming, will speak of the beginning of Black Americans. In other words, the Torah is about the Hebrews. The Quran is about the Arabian people. The Bible is about the European gentiles. Our book will be about Black Americans. Now, I believe that all of you are smarter than a fifth grader and what I just said is not too difficult that a fifth grader would not understand, am I right.
Lastly, the reason that the children of Israel left Egypt is because Egypt did not belong to them and they had nothing to do with the origin and building of Egypt. Remember that the children of Israel got to Egypt through Joseph. Black Americans origin is on this continent and Black Americans is partly responsible for building this country and making it wealthy, am I right.
Jamal asked me to name my God. Well since I speak English, the name of my God is God. If Jamal knew that, he was not an Arab man the name of his God would be God as well instead of Allah. In other words, if I should ask an Arabian man the name of God he would naturally say Allah because his native language is Arabic. Jamal do not realize who he is and neither did Elijah Muhammad.

Do you really expect people to remove themselves from the name of God that they have been worshiping to worship a new name of God? Do you realize how much fear is involved in changing religions? The fear of God's retaliation is even worst if you have declared yourself to be his servant(slave). God himself would have to speak out against those who think it is their mission to interfere with this type of change.
The religious establishment would come down on you like a plague if they thought that people were seriously thinking about your belief. When you go public and we see your face on the channel news, we will know why.

Hello Helen,

Firstly, I think that you meant to say a change of religion. Yes, we will change from the religion of Christianity to the religion of LIFE.
Yes, I absolutely expect to remove Black American from worshiping God through Christianity to worship God through our own religion, LIFE. One of the fundamental responsibilities of a prophet is to introduce his people to God and how to worship God. That is the legitimate reason for different religions.
Jesus was re-introducing his Jewish people to God and how they should worship God as well. Jesus said that he did not come to change the law but he came to fulfill a law of the Jewish people only. Now, as a prophet to the Jewish people Jesus introduced the Lord’s Prayer to his people, am I right. Prophet Mohammed introduced his Arabian people to God and how they should worship God. Prophet Mohammed introduced many prayers to his Arabian people as well. These things for us are forthcoming. Our religious book equivalent to the Bible in Quran is forthcoming. Our prayers are forthcoming as well. Again, I am not saying that there is something wrong with the Christian, Islamic or Jewish prayers. I am simply saying those prayers of what those people. Our prayers will be for us, even though the same God that rose up Moses, Jesus and Prophet Mohammed rose me up as well.
Again, it was the same with Moses. Moses wanted to remove the children of Israel from the religion of Pharaoh and the Egyptian people. He was not too successful since Joshua and Kaelin were the only two that entered the Promised Land out of the entire population that left Egypt, am I right.
Again, I am not contesting Christianity or Islam. I am simply saying that those religions are not the religion of Black Americans since God have not given any prophet before me authority to give Black Americans these religions, am I right. Consequentially, many Black Americans will choose to stay behind in White America. Only a few Black Americans will Exodus White America. Am I making any sense with you, Helen?

Yes, I know the fear that you all have and will have to leave Christianity and the Bible. The children of Israel had the same fear. They did not want to leave the religion of Pharaoh and the Egyptians even after they saw the greatness of God in their lives. However, it must be done since our time has come. Everything that I say is going to happen.

God did not retaliate against Moses so why should God retaliate against me. God will only retaliate against me if I do other than what God has anointed me to do. I was anointed to bring Black Americans out of subjugation and bondage in White America. White America will be hard-pressed; nevertheless, they will be happy for our sovereignty.
Jesus anointed to reform his people, but instead he went to the Gentiles. Jesus disobedience angered God and God was no longer with Jesus and left Jesus to be crucified, am I right. Jesus was the worst prophet that God had ever anointed. Jesus turned out to be worse than Jonah was. What I pray I asked God to forgive Jesus. Jesus was bigheaded.

Yes, the White religious establishment as well as some Blacks would come down on me. The same happened with Moses. Pharaoh, the Egyptian people and some of the children of Israel wished him death. However, since Moses was God, anointed Moses had the protection of God as long as he obeyed God and does as he was anointed to do; the same applies for me. Those that wish Moses death received death for themselves. Did not the firstborn of Egypt perish? Did not those of his own kinds that rose up against him God destroyed?
I am Black America’s first genuine prophet. I am the way, and besides me, there is no other way that Black Americans could ever become a real people in this world.
Helen! Somebody has to be our prophet since God has decided to redeem us and help us to provide a better life for our future generations, which will be a striking contrast of how we have been living in White America for the past 500 years. President Obama does not change anything. Am I making any sense what you?

Harry, you make absolute no sense whatsoever. Almighty God has ordained my mission and the reason for its success. Allah is the "Proper name of God". To call you God means he has no name. A nameless God and a false prophet without works. You are more a joke than anything else. A chinese Muslim calls God, Allah. A Muslim in Africa calls God, Allah. A Muslim in Russia calls God, Allah. It is the proper name of God and the way to achieve major attention. Much like if you call me MAN you may or may not get my attention. But, if you call me by my proper name, you are sure to get my attention.
