The Nation Building group was formed to gather a skill workforce destined for project work in Africa. These modernization project work assignments last for 3 years that brings industrialization to Africa in the form of advanced agricultural systems, power distribution systems, manufacturing and waste water treatment. As lead scientist and experienced in many phases of advanced industrialization, my job is to assemble skill talents to meet the demands of project planned for Africa.
What about the money ? Each project awards the participants a yearly income for 3 years which they can renew at that time. Members of the Nation Building group not only receive an attractive yearly income, they also receive a portion of the land 'granted" to black Americans for the establishment of their homeland. Yes, it is a real inticement to stay in Africa.
