Nurse! Nurse! Does somebody need a nurse?

Who doesn't remember JULIA!... It's one of Diahann Carroll most provocative roles in television. She a single mom and her little cute son...Corey. Diahann's role as Julia opened doors that undivided the white/black only color lines and set television in an uproar!....This also led her making movies only the way Diahann could do them....So go hunting and calling the nurse remember these movies?

Clark I thought about that too! I couldn't understand the attraction, but it's a lovable movie ...."if you know what I mean.".... James gets a little loose with his drawers down......ha!....Ha!

Irma, I would race home from school and made sure I'd have time to watch her in prime time television. I really enjoyed her program. She's still a hit! A beautiful personality that leaped into the hearts of many Blacks....and influnced many Black women and men to become nurses!.....What an awesome role model.

yep.... Corey you cannot go out to play.... Nurse is in de house.... No... Clark I think her funniest role was playing with Patti LaBelle in a Different World... She was Whitney's Bougie Mother.... and loud mout Patti was DeWayne's.... they cracked me up together.....

when Dewayne and Whitley got married.... She told DeWayne... Die why don't you just
Die.... and When Dewayne said.... Hey Ma... she fainted!!!

@Irma: You wanted to do quit your job?....You were hooked! But there were many fans of that show. I watched it some but always saw it as so fake. Never could get into like I did the daytime soaps.

@JF....I'm not saying he was s*xy....he looked terrible! YUK! That's why I laughed! Like Irma said...a major turn OFF! MAJOR, MAJOR!

I think JEJones was best in the GREAT WHITE HOPE... and in Conan the Barbarian!
I put James Earl Jones .... Ossie Davis.... and Sidney "They Call Me Mr. Tibbs" in the best of the best Actors of our time....

Hey I'll even add Samuel L Jackson and Denzel to the list.....

I agree his acting ability is well-rounded on the stage as well! He's one of the best.
I'm was just smushing the s*xual scene. He's not very s*xy to me. However, he has a fine looking face and beautiful brown eyes... When it comes to acting he has little competition...I love his voice best of all.

MIISRAEL, Dynasty is why I stopped watching soaps 'cold turkey'...I almost quit my job because my boss would not let me off and I had to miss this program when it was so hot I could not miss that next one...back then I watched soaps or me and my firends were on the phone talking about them...I had lost my rocker when I realized how colse I came to telling my boss to take his job and shove it!!!! ...

but reality set in and iIsaid nothing at all... (smile)
