White people are in charge. Black Americans have a weak stake in its affairs but are in charge of NOTHING. White people are in charge of the public schools. They are in charge of the currency. White people are in charge of the utilities. White people are in charge of the food. It is a real joke that black Americans play that we have arrived. The only thing we have arrived at...is the ability to PURCHASE what the white people dish out.
