Workplace Shootings on the rise: The American Worker getting FED UP !
Shootings in the workplace are increasing and should be a major concern for employer and employees of small, medium and large companies. However, the simple assault makes up about 95% of all violence in the workplace. Another area of concern is the high financial cost of workplace violence.

Minutes after a woman was suspended from her job at a Kraft Foods plant and escorted out, she returned with a handgun and opened fire, killing two people and critically injuring a third before being taken into custody, police said.
The American worker is getting fed up with the routine of being fired. Jobs are so scarce and work is so hard to maintain, that the fuse is getting shorter for tolerance.

J...This is illrational behavior! There really is no excuse to injure or kill others like this.... I say what's the purpose in of shooting others ...it's senseless. It's not worth taking lives, never justifiable either... but it is reality. We all need to promote people to use hope and patience.. And encourage there are other ways to handle firing situations.
