Behold! The prayers of your heart...
Prayers are part of your daily meditation. These scriptures give you some ways you can practice your prayers of meditation.
When thou prayest be not like the hypocrites are, for they love to pray in standing in the synagogues that they may be seen of men.
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou
has shut thy door, pray to thy Father which seeth in secret shall
reward thee openly.
But when ye pray use not vain repetitions as the heathen do;
for they that they shall be heard with much speaking. Be not ye therefore
like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of
before ye ask him.
[Mathew 6:5-7
Watch therefore and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to
escape all things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
[Luke 21:36]
All things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
[Matthew 21:22]
Let your prayer be sincere, secret and with deep love. You should pray continually, but during your meditiation you can pray anyplace, for your closet is within your inner self and God will abide in you hearing your honest prayer.
