GRACE AND PEACE UNTO YOUR HOUSE!
Ulimately the family is your household. Your spouse, your children or relatives and you. Today's households have changed quite significantly in that there are almost 2 to 1 single parent homes. In most cases families are being raised by solely women. However, a home with two parents still exists and these are also part of a dying place for the hold on parenting in families. We find the Word encourages that a family should be living within households that teach and give reverence and fellowship to God our Creator. Children are taught to obey their parents, and parents are to love their children with continued nuture of God's commandments and laws. This develops into a loving home and one that distributes service to the Lord Almighty.
Many homes you'll discover have lost the very presence of teaching God and this great loss has resulted in all kinds of upheavel among parents and children. Children are unruly, violent and uncontrollable. Parents are abusive, hurtful and full of negativity shown to their children. The cycle of this is growing. Yet, with all of this we are specifically blessed if we have homes that display love, understanding, respect and obedience of God. These few principles alone gives your home grace, prosperity, and peace of God among all who reside there.
Children and parents who reside with God's beautiful love in the house are more successful in learning to live with others outside the home. The have much confidence and inside their hearts; they have a growing faith in the Lord. They are taught how to deal with peer pressures and even bullies. Parents give them instruction in worship and prayer and the teaching of the Word is among the room and hallways of their abode. These are ways God teaches us to serve him starting in the home where he should be ever present living among each family member. A house that teaches God's commands in the heart is a house that serves the Father. These who love him have him in every place in there hearts and in their house.
