African men come to America like they know everything. They have it all figured out. And they even fool some African American women. Then why do they run when their women even wives are getting raped. In CONGO as we speak, a Congolese woman told CNN that said she watched as eight other women were dragged out from their hiding places, as the militiamen ransacked the village. She said they were led into the forest at gunpoint and when their attackers stopped for the night, they took turns raping the women. "When it happens you lose consciousness because you're so afraid. I came to only as I was passed from man to man." Rape carries a huge stigma in Congo. Many of the women at the center told CNN their husbands had left them because they were "Rwandan rebel wives." Why aren't the African males in America speaking out ? It shows the level of degradation, Africa has succumb to. They need the help, the backbone from African Americans !

The French apparently love their people. Almighty God wants Black Americans, children of American slaves, to have an intimate part of the New World. He(God) guides the practices of our homeland, but the "name" is left to US. There, as we move closer to implementation, there will be a vote.....As for security, we will use the latest technologies to protect men, women and children of our newfound nation. From stun to mame to kill....Our new land will place heavy means to defend our territory. There are gadgets that I have been working on which cannot be disclosed that would be quite useful in the New world.
We do not set up a nation in land that is in the middle of civil war. For example, Tanzania is one of the host countries that has been targeted. Tanzania, unlike Somalia, Congo, Ethiopia, Nigeria and others are engaged in civil society. There is law and order.

Africa is 6000 miles away. Implementation means IN AFRICA..physical engaging the environment, the people, the resources translating into building the NEW WORLD itself. At present..it is preparations, administration, design, fabrication and most importantly ASSEMBLY.
An example is worth a thousand words....Say your grandfather who you, David, did not know left you a "fortune" and a home in a far land. Knowing your grandfathers last will and now on his death bed, it became time for you to make a decision. Your family was growing along with the expenses associated with them. Demands were getting great and word came that if you did not claim your fortune(way beyond your wildest imagination), it was going to be taken from you. What would you do ?

Saint..there are five African Nations that will make of the New World. Much like the country of America is composed of 50 separate states. Our country will be composed of 5 separate states located in 5 host African countries including: Tanzania, Egypt and Ivory Coast(a West African Nation).

Saint, does the Pakistani's decide whether to deal with the Americans ? No, they have to because America has superior technology. We go to Africa with superior technology learned from the advances from the MOST POWERFUL NATION ON THE PLANET EARTH. Out of the 66 countries in Africa, we only deal with 5. Competition drives motivation. What African country would not want to be advanced industrially ? Knowing their African neighbor is being advanced. It is like a house in your neighborhood was being remodeled and your house was a shack....what you going to do ? Remain in a shack ? ......NO, you will want the advances, the higher quality of life like your neighbor...think about it. The advances in manufacturing, metal working, process engineering, farm tool technology, agricultural process refinements and infrastructure to name a few advances we come with will attract a sincere willingness by the host country to assist while getting upgraded.

Saint..My work is divinely guided. Black Americans come in all shades, interest, religions, disposition and convictions; some will prefer the East Coast like the Tanzanians....others will prefer the area along the Red Sea like Egypt.....or perhaps the beauty of the Medeterranean Sea like Morocco....and if not that, there is the one large country along the South Atlantic Ocean. To appease ALL and not just you or me....of the 5, each and every African American find a great satisfaction in one of them.... by design.
