TRYING to get a J.O.B. with a CRIMINAL RECORD: Hurting black Americans

Catching a case in the American Judicial System is a major drawback to getting a good paying job. Right on the employment application is the question: Do you have a criminal record ? Have you been convicted of a felony ? Far too many black male have to respond with a YES. Immediately this means file "x" is applied which is the waste basket. Some employers will allow their janitors to have a "case" on their record. Because who else will clean up their filth>
