Nation of ISLAM in America: Days of National Elections (253 hits)

The Nation of Islam has blossomed from the seeds planted in the early 1900s. It has grown to a point of maturity when a period in time has come when new leadership is due. Read the Final Call newspaper today, it is news..local news and world news. That's good. But, there is no divine inspiration..no divine guidance...no message of what the next step is for the Muslim body in America stuck in the belly of the whale. Leadership of the Nation of Islam has made his mark and no growing obsolete unless he agrees to hold national elections.

Him like Jesse Jackson has desire to see progress made for African Americans. They both lack the technological skill and industrial know how to actual make a new nation WORK. For example, in many African nations, they put little emphasis on water treatment facilities and sophisticated plumbing networks stretched to family houses. As a result, the water they drink is the water they bathe...This is why the new nation should be led by a skillset that can grow the nation firmly based on industrialization and not false hype.

I agree with your comments here, I have been on this side of thinking for the longest and I hear people talking about it especially on this site but there's not enough ACTION.

Also the rest of America is suffering from this as well. I started realizing a few years ago why Minister Farrakhan always focused on why the Black people of this nation need to BUILD, BUILD, BUILD. The NOI were evident of this because those issues constantly encourage Farming, Land, trade of goods, Doctors, engineers, teachers, business, and yes at that time some sort of technology. If a people are not rooted or skilled in those fields they are doomed to suffer from what you see happening today, the decline of the U.S dollar, lost of American jobs, widening stretch of poverty, more crime, and so forth and so on.

I know a lot of people who are barely making it in this declining U.S society. They can barely pay rent, mortgage, hardly any savings, and most of all can barely find a job. I've been trying to share with people that you have to start pooling yourselves together and get back to the basics and run society yourself. A lot of people are not "go getters" and this society has handicapped people in a way that causes poverty. The free enterprise market has gone way out of control in this country.

Entertainment and sports are so dominant that people's priorities are misplaced. This is something that has affected the country as a whole. The black nation need to HURRY UP and start setting up alternatives to survive, period. If we don't hurry up and start setting up alternatives to survive, it will be too late.
