Black Americans and blacks in Africa have suffered with leadership coming from ministers and preachers. Irrational and incapable of resolve, due to the effects of institutional slavery, blacks have fell short on effective and capable leadership. President Obama demonstrates what educated and rational minded black leadership looks like. In the Nation of Islam, leadership is a minister and musician. In most churches, leadership is preachers and deacons. Together, they would difficulty putting together a park bench, must less a nation.
In the public schools, we find blacks are dropping out of school in favor of life of the streets, rapping and hip-hop. Today, is the dawn of a new day where skilled and educated black leadership must step up to the plate. The foundation has been layed by the unskilled and untrained. Now it is time for the walls and windows and roof to be installed which takes the skilled and industrially sound individuals. This brings us Nation Building Group
