i hear a lot of people saying that obama is not doing enough for the black people of America and some feel he has turned his back on the people that voted for him what do you think he could do right now ti improve the lives of black America ?

Bettering education comes to mind first...but we as adults have to also be about doing out part as well. Many parents today are not as involved in their child/children's education as they should be and are allowing their children to grow up being functionally illiterate because they are not taking the time to know what their children are learning in school (nor do they care). That is why it is important for parents to get involved. They must recognize things that are going on with their children's education so that they can make wise decisions on what to do and what to avoid.

Also Obama should continue standing tall by his statements and made Black people all over America proud. It seems like everytime I turn around someone is forcing Obama into apologizing or begging for forgiveness or understanding for something that isn't any of his fault. Baby Bush and Daddy Bush committed more crimes than the law allowed during their time in the White House and we never hear about them apologizing for ****.

Hello to All,
I am struggling to understand the question asked. That is, what could President Obama do right now to improve the lives of Black Americans? Then, I am struggling with the answers giving. That is, better education and stop bending over backwards.
Here we are in 2010 on the same merry-go-round amusement park ride that Mr. Frederick Douglas was on over a hundred years ago. Mr. Frederick Douglass thought that he could improve the lives of Black Americans. Mr. Elijah Muhammad also thought he could improve the lives of Black Americans. Now, you all think that President Obama could improve the lives of Black Americans.
Okay, let me destroy Siebra's answer. I thought the quality of education for Blacks was achieved in landmark decision up to Supreme Court in 1954 when the top lawyers of the NAACP won the case, Brown versus the Board of Education. Consequentially, you ghettobilly Negroes are on the same roller coaster ride that Mr. Frederick Douglass was on, am I right.
Now, as far as President Obama bending over backwards is a matter of opinion. Mr. Obama is not Joseph the son of Jacob. Therefore, President Obama can do nothing. Joseph became vice President of Egypt and invited the children of Israel into Egypt. The children of Israel lived well at that time. We must remember that God was with Joseph. Then Moses came and led the children of Israel out of bondage and slavery. We must again remember that God was with Moses. Okay, what am I saying? I am saying that God is not with President Obama. God is with me.
The question would be better served by asking me what I can do to improve the lives of Black Americans since God is with me. Well, I have told you that our only permanent solution is that we must desire to become a sovereign people on a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders to worship God, pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way. However, you all do not take me serious as yet. You all know that I am right about everything I say since none of you could trump what I say. My wisdom is greater than everyone else's wisdom, am I right.

Why would tax cuts boost growth when we have considerable idle manufacturing, retail, office, and apartment capacity, the U.S. still hasn't committed to green energy goals and government support, and most any new manufacturing initiative is subject to underpricing by China?

Clark, right now I am so upset taht he allowed the right to ignore, no disrespect im last week...but then, I still consider him as one who will not abuse our Constitution as bush did and here is my delama with this...

@Clark and anyone interested in our president, because our president having the richest person on teh planet upset with him is not good...but then we do here of Face book, youtube...and not only do most of us don't know about Media Matter, e continue to only complain about the FOX networks...I get constant up dates for media matter and color of change about what those of us willing to do past NOTHING are doing about FOX...soros owns media matter and its purpose is to protect the public and our democats in th white house...
we know about thse tax cuts but how many know that Bush and his majority republican administrationdid not dare to make them permnant because our country can not support it...the saw way we believe cholora is catching and not because fresh water is sitting in warehouses or those farmers won a law suit and we pay our taxes for the richest 2% who don't need, it and can not make the federal government stop sending it to them...yes our president is at fault for not at least educate the public taht this farm payout is from a long fought out law suit against our federal government abuses during the same years they are forcing $$$$$$$$$$$$$billions of farm money on teh richest 2%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (nup)
