JAY-Z On "DECODED' OBAMA & SUCCESS (1374 hits)

This interview was interesting although I didn't care for the interviewer. She didn't seem to be on the same level with Jay. She didn't seem familiar with his background, just there to ask questions. No intimacy between the two. Jay is such an interesting person and there was so much his fans want to know, so all and all I would just say this interview was OK, not great.

Jay-Z is indeed an interesting character, eh! I'm not into RAP, but for those who listen to it ~ I do hope they get something out of it. As for the interviewer, I didn't like the attempt to box President Obama in as a "Black President". The truth of the matter is that President Obama is an American President to all Americans. People really need to spend time with people of other ethnic groups outside of work so that we can truly dialogue and get to know one another as Americans.

Amen to that Sista Jen. Before I was a saved soul, being Im from NY, I had the Jay-Z craze. I love me some Jay. I just like that he climbed up out of his circumstances and helped those around him. He's got class and knows how to conduct himself and I give him credit for that. You go boy and keep up the good work.

So right Brotha, I don't even know why they let her interview him in the first place. Even Barbara Walters gets deeper into her interviews more than this woman, and she no way, no how knows anything about rap artist. Something was definitely lost in this interview. The world had the opportunity to know a rap mogul more deeply and all they got was idle chit chat.
