Now the second and the third largest wireless carriers have joined together to a deal covering ove 39 billion in assests. This deal reduces the number of wireless carriers in the nation from 4 to 3. The big deal merged the two companies together today, March 21, 2011 - making them one now and one of the largest cellphone companies in the U.S.
T Mobile has about 33.7 million subscribers and At&T expects the volume to exceed with more customers signing up. This also alows T-Mobile customers to have access to AT&T's phone line up for the I phones. It's merger together is looking with hopes to reduce competition between the two as they get to be a consolidated industry. With this new merge the will certainly be aimed at increasing revenue, but the customers will not feel any new changes until both unions analyze which directions to increase customer's satisfaction.
Future endeavors will give cutomers benefits from cell towers and wireless super spectrum with less drop calls.
More lies in store as the merge is still new, but AT&T and T Mobile have the yield of high hopes!
"Well it's about the money too!" Customers may be in for some rate heights, or rate lows... ..that's technology is something!
