Saint Jake's recommendations to reform the current government in Washington- Your thoughts please!! (260 hits)

I actually want the entire US government abolished and to immediately install a true Constitutional Referendum government similiar to Switzerland. With the requirement of citizen voting on major spending programs in the government. 'Pay as You Go' Constitutional admendments on government spending. In addition no House of Representative (Parliment will be the new name) or Senator will receive any corporate or private donations, all election funds will be publically funded and distributed based on population and other demographic criteria. Also the imposition of a flat tax of approximately 18%, then the majority of the citizens will pay their fair share of taxes without no credits, deductions, foreign credits, or any other loopholes. Manadatory Payroll savings deductable from payroll checks of 2-5% of total income to reign-in excessive spending by the public with the purpose to develop better saving habits. Finally all UN Security Council resolutions need to be approved by the government with full disclosure of the objectives and purpose of any course of action, such as., financial sanctions, wars, or embargoes to the voting public.

Jake,
This would be known as a regime change. But fortunately our government being the grand protector of democracy, we don't need to worry about being massacred by our own government for attempting such a change. Do we?

@JAKE, MY RESPONSE IS if you Jake vote, then why don't you take advantage to vote of your one vote to vote for all of tha tyou just said we must change our government in order to get?!? ...

"I" know as a responsiable voter I always vote for the things I want, need of know I have a right as an american to change everything...out here in Ca. we don't depend on politicians to do things we want, we just get up and go into actions and collect enough patition signatures to accomplish this...we go by the old saying, " IF YOU WANT SOMETING DONE RIGHT THEN DO IT YOURSELF" (SMILE)...

"I" ALSO SAY that you said about Switzerland could very well be the results of all languages have their way of speaking maybe is why when we read it in the language of the switz, we may just not beable to translate it into we already have these things right her in our American government!!! (smile)

and, may I farther explain what I mean by difference in languages and why our form of german based English is so hard to learn, because of our use of words like: ANN, AND, AN....MISS, MS, MISS, MRS. USED TO SHOW GENDER AND NOT THE USE OF "A" "O" FOR GENDER, GIVING THE "I" AND "E" SOUND, ECT. (SMILE)

@Jake, you know me th eone who is always seeking information at the risk of being called an attacker will take a chance on once more trying to get from you your point on this theme. example, how do we go about getting a new form of government...will we use prayer, seperation of religions, ethnic groups, pointing fingers of blame, only complaining as the way to get it done?!?

I have given my opinion on this matter as one who do believe it takes hard work, time , energy as well as secrifice on a personal level and maybe even life times to get just one thing changed and even then if we don't start then it will never get done.

Are you doing any things to promote, get proper educational liscens / degrees needed to farther promote the technology you your self says is needed...all I ask is have you begun to help bring this about, because we can n ot get to two without starting with one and being me "I" am th eone who says only the individual is responsiable for their own behavior thus begining with "me"...the same as "I" will never ask nor expect anyone to do some thing to make me happy, safe and secure that I am not willing to do my own self.

And Jake, I do hope you do not take this as an attack on you for doing what the theme ask those who stop by to do...OFFER THEIR OPINION. (smile)

Democracy is why turkey is my favorite nation to respect and, I believe what is happening in China it is no longer going to be my favorite nation I want to visit.

Turkey, because in their Constitution any government attempting to bring democracy whouel be raised up against and brought down.

China, "I" had always wanted t ovisit to go out where the people have no use for a clock and used teh sun, crowing rooster and teh sun going in as signs of tiem to end the busy care free hard working day.

You know all of those natural nonstress ful things uncivilized peoples do...

I will like to share this little story I learned in college about people with dark skin as in Africa...we are considered as LAZY, only because we had learned by trial and error that bein gout in that hot sun in Africa at hing noon is a 'death wish'...ever notice no one called us not working or being out in teh hot, deadly sun as a Siesta...lol...

now lets just use some old fashioned nonreligious, skin color, politics, social status down south thinking on tis subject of America being a democracy...defining it as a Christian nation, running for office under christain, family values and neverr leave home with the biggest, baddest, most deadly aotomatic weapon makes null..Christian, democracy, because there is no way in hell you are going to allow a "*****" to do open gun carry as in democracy means equality...

seen a poor people in congress...riding a bike because they can not aford a car or gas if they had a car...oh and Jake this means in Russia as well as China...

oh, and, someting else I have already admired about the Chinese...the last time China closed it country and kicked out the people / natatives trying to turn tehm into second class citizens in their own country was the country of Australia...and, because you have computers you can find out the country kicked out and China closing her gates before them and before the one before that ans so on and so forth. (otfl)

actually, I am so glad I have lived for 68 years studying and leaning things in an opened minded way as only learing things...because being computer brain dead as I am I would be in bad shape...and allof you younge people keep me learning...how much we all are alike than different. (smile)

@Jake, because the citizens in our country is in fact the government it self...a few blog themes (no I have not read the blogs infull yet) gave me the idea for this comment...

Minister Farrakhan is not the only friend this nation has not as long as it has been big business, oil companies, federal politicians but it is mainly us who limit our resources as we do to not be able to understand the deals G.W.Bush did in office with Gaddafi to make sure he remains in power. ..

just to name a few of how America(ns) itself is one of this Libyan's leader's greatest supporters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (n...u...p!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Jake, my point over all is we son't get our oil from Libya...but from Saudia Arabia and Bahrian...so why are we going to be more safe as in National security or even ecoomically if the war between teh citizens of saudia aribia and Bahrain is not having us interfere and today the stock market is up not down, the price of gs is up not down..we are still paying and lowering taxes for those wh o may or may not be geting bonuses for doing the outsources...

we the people are the government in teh Christian Nation ae we not...or am I wrong that we vote for those wh o get endles $$$$$$$$$$$$$ so they can be elected and reelected on these claims of they are the protectors of our Christain nation and abuse of those countless people they are so successful at doing their thinkings...

this is myonlypoint and as far as we can be saved this or not is up to us if we want to end this or just end it and open up a new goverment under new management with being our past in as it is theonly thing we have to plan a future on??????????????????? (smile)

...I will be the first to admit, we are born socialized blank slates, but new borns don't make or bring down governments now do they? but as history shows when people get tired of their opprossors they unity and bring them donw so me, I just do what I can and that is all I can do...fight each and ever day against oppression of my mind and my own unlimited powers as an individual to do this. (smile)
