CONGRESS PROTESTS iTRACKING -- Tony Romm: 'Rep. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) is demanding that Apple publicly explain a feature in the iPhone and iPad operating system that tracks [and records] users' location. The congressman, who co-chairs the House Bipartisan Privacy Caucus, told CEO Steve Jobs in a letter Thursday that he is 'concerned' about reports of the devices' tracking capabilities, not to mention the potential 'consequences of this feature for individuals' privacy,' particularly to minors who use Apple's devices.'
