Chief Cathy L. Lanier is the Chief of Police of the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C. She is a Woman History Maker. Chief Lanier overcame obstacles of becoming a single unwed mother at age 15 and dropping out of junior high school to become the “Top Cop” of the District of Columbia. In the following video, she answers five leadership questions.
