
Drink the drink of all drinks..."It's water" yet I know I really don't drink enough water during my daily routines. However, I know it is very essential to substaining living. Most doctors and experts in healh like nutritionists and dietians recommend drinking at least 8 to 10 8 oz. glasses of water a day. And for the most part often too many people are hydrated and feeling run down because well...their bodies are thirsty! During these hotter summer days approaching you'll see more than people having heat exhaustion mainly because they are not drinking enough H20...that's water! It takes you to form your own maintenance of getting your water each day. Bottle, icewater, tap water...but not so much flavored water just plain water is better. Feeling a bit tired...lighten up !! Water is good for cleansing you, your bladder and kidney and excellent for your bones and skin. In addition water is most of the matter in your physical make up.... The best conversation ever is over water. Let's have a toast...over water!
Best taste in the house...pour yourself another glass.
