The savage brutality today toward the unemployed is increasing by the day. All over the United States, employers continually discriminate not only because of age, gender or race they now use credit scores, religion, and even being unemployed as reason enough to keep one from landing a job. The recent suit filed against a chain of Restaurants is just the latest instance where many of today's employers are taking advantage of the current economic crisis. For many employers it's a time where many have turned the tables sort of speaking on the role of employment opportunities. The catch phrase now and it's been that way for quite some time is "If you don't like it here there's the door." To often that's the mentality of managers, supervisors, and other company officials in their relationships with employees. Even now, that phrase is used to often, and when it is, it really is pathetic.
