It's a complicated time of living in the world where men and women are corrupt and full of evil deeds. Societies find less hours to love and more in tuned with building deceit and hate. It's no wonder at there are times your own spirit will become engaged with sorrow, worry or discontent. This is an important time also to lift up your spirit with uses of meditation with God. He is our Comforter, Deliverer and our Strength. Allow this meditation be devoted to trusting in the Lord and focus on His all power to be your intermediate in any situations facing you. Consentrate on God's most assured presense and offer praises from your inner spirit. Lift up your voice! Sing! and allow the praise of psalm embrace you to the joyous spirit that only God can give you. Lifting up your spirit to God you'll meditate with strong confidence in His ever giving love. Peace and spirit will surround you as you continue to allow your spirit to rave for the life of joy in living by the Spirit of God!
