For the repressed, against the dictarship, for the discontinuance of s*xual violence and all for justice. These are the Nobel Sisters work at Sisterhood world wide and their rise against male supremacy. The Nobel Peace Prize was presented to these three women: Ellen John Sirleaf, Lemah Gbowee, and Tawakkul Karmen were the Nobel Prize winners. Sirleaf is the Liberian President, Gbowee also from Liberia, is a women's rights campaigner, and Karmen is from Yemen where she is a journalist and founder of a human rights group for women journalists. There has been no other women who won the prize since the winner from Africa in 2004 the Late Wangari Maathai of Kenya who passed away earlier this year. The women ages were Sirleaf 74, Gbowee 39, and the youngest Karman 32.
"We must continue to unite in sisterhood to turn our tears in triumph." "There is no time to rest until our world achieves wholeness and balance, where all men and women are considered equal and free."--Leymah Gbowee
