This week in the T.I. and Tiny’s “The Family Hustle” show, episode 103[show can be viewed on VH1.com]; Rapper T.I. is seen in father mode giving council to his 7 year old son, King about America’s all time most “touchiest” subject-RACE.
Although this was NOT at all an attempt at dropping a race card, audiences’ were just as shocked to hear 7 year old King propose the question of, "well can I have aWhite-woman?” In reply to the heart to heart with his father T.I. about him being a Black man.
7 year old King has a very “fair” or light-skin complexion and T.I. had gotten word that King thought he was a White boy. After T.I. assured him that he was a Black boy the 7 year old wanted only to know if he could, “have a White woman.”
Rapper T.I. took the comment as cute as it came (as did most viewers) and merely reassured his son that he could, "have whatever he liked" saying “yes” he could have a White woman, that in fact he could, “have any color woman” he wanted.
