December 22, 2011
Memphis, Tennessee
Hometown Memphians lined up early as 5:00a.m. this morning to but a merry gift of gas in their cars. A local congregation is giving away 3,000 gallons of the juice as part of it’s merry giving for the Christmas Holiday. Many cars pulled in line at the Shell gas station on Popular to get a tank of the free gift. There was some confusion about when the give-a-way would start, but the time scheduled for the event starts at 11:00 a.m. Motorists formed lengthy lines in the rain as showers pours over wet slick streets of Memphis. Police attended the scene to keep order.

HOCKEY PUTS A FAMILY’S TRAGEDY IN
A MERRY HELPER’S HAND.
The Cichoki family may have had a hard hit with fire on Monday, December 19, 2011 when they lost everything in a house fire—but their hope is very strong as the place they played their favorite sport jumped in with a goalie of win. The Mid-South Ice House took it upon to help the homeless family by offering a winning donation which gave them temporary housing in a local hotel. Not only that the family is receiving gifts of monetary and other kinds of giving to slide them right into having a merry season of thankful blessings with a donation center set up to aid the family.
