With the proper nurturing and high expectations set for them, we can unleash the genius within our youth. Oh, yeah a little compassion (love) would be a great ingredient as well.
Remember the saying: "They don't care how much you know, until they know how much your care". Be someones mentor and help them avoid teen pregnancy, gang violence and 21st century slavery (aka prison industrial complex).
