Rochelle Mosley has worked diligently her entire life to become the successful business women she is today. She ventured into entrepreneurship after finishing up a substantial modeling career. Her latest endeavor is a book entitled How To Do Your Hair At Home. Serving as a how to guide for everyday hair care, the book provides the reader with knowledge that is taught in cosmetology school and answers a variety of questions for African-American women.
Rochelle has contributed her expert advice to FIRST for Women Magazine, Sophisticate¡¯s Black Hair, Modern Salon, SheKnows, Juicy Magazine, Sheen Magazine, and Street Soldiers with Lisa Evans on Hot 97 FM. Rochelle was featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show as a recipient of the Golden Scissors Award. In 2005, the NY Daily News featured Salon 804 in an article promoting the film, Beauty Shop starring Queen Latifah.
Salon 804 in Harlem, is known as one of the most sought-after shops in Harlem, Salon 804¡äs clientele includes Serena Williams, Judge Karen, Judge Hatchett, Roberta Flack, Adele Givens, Sommore and Malaak Compton-Rock.
Rochelle is pleased to announce the official grand opening of Salon 804¡äs new location. During the grand opening, over $500 worth of products from Imani Jewelry, Denise Goring Artwear, and Shanel Cooper-Sykes, will be raffled off. Proceeds from the drawing will be donated towards the training of interns in hygiene and entrepreneurship.
