This is Hometown Memphis, Lil’ Extra!
Read these stories of same things but, a different day…

Alright,
You’ve read many of the same things before..

STAR FOOTBALL STUDENT
MOURNED BY CLASSMATES
8.21.2012
Millington, TN

A star football player, D. Payne showed up for regular football practice on August 21st when it ended with transporting him to the hospital where he died. The 15 year old was considered one of Millington High School star players. The young player complained of numbness and chest pain after completing a tackle practice. The community is heartbroken with sadness. Payne was favorable with many friends and teachers as he shared much happiness in his life. Grief consolers were at school to help in coping with the loss of his life. Services for the youth are being arranged.

“It is good he was well loved..”

I have another of a same story, but a different day…

JESSIE JACKSON
HELD PRESS CONFERENCE
IN MEMPHIS
8.22.2012

Jessie Jackson was in Memphis today speaking on behalf of the young man recent death in the back of police car. The young man died from a gunshot wound while handcuffed in the back of police squad car in Jonesboro, Arkansas on July 29, 2012. Jonesboro police who arrested the young man claimed that is was a self-inflicted gunshot of a weapon they failed to compensate from the man. However, as the law enforcement division in Jonesboro claimed this how the young man died, community and family believe it highly unlikely that was possible and that the police allegedly murdered the man. Jackson spoke that an FBI investigation be ordered to look into the sensitive case in order to show support of any unknown evidence that such an action could incur while being handcuffed. So far, the medical examiner has reported that meth, and marijuana also with other drugs were present in the blood system on the night of the man’s death. Jackson is seeking a more in depth look at what really happened, and that any cover up might be exposed. Dozens of local Jonesboro protestors led a march organized by Coalition of Religion and Racism on August 21, 2012 as a wrongful death, and murder and that the officers come forward with any other evidence of truth involved in the mysterious death other that one of suicide. Jackson visit was held in Memphis after he could not make the protest the day before in Jonesboro.

Overcasts of this story share many of similar elements of the same things; it’s been told before same story, a different day.

THE PURSE NABBERS!
Southaven, MS
Memphis, TN
08.21.2012

A high alert has been issued by law enforcers in neighboring Southaven, and local Memphis areas for women to watch for “purse nabbers” while pumping gasoline at the gas stations. Thieves are targeting getting the purse from automobiles while the owners are buying, or even pumping gas. Women are vulnerable because often they leave their purses on seats with the door unlocked while they’re pumping or paying for gas. Since this is quick crime women are encouraged to be on watch and alert while fueling. Thieves simply reach in a take purses usually while women are away from their cars or not noticing their doors were left unlocked.

“Ladies will have to keep your purses with you!” The “purse nabbers” have the same stories, that’s getting their hands on Yo’ bag”
“Look out “purse nabbers!” ...You know sometimes those grand moms really beat ya’ down when someone grabs their purses!...Thieves better careful though. Those Grand moms can be tough!!!” WHAM! “I’m gonna swipe you a couple times!” LOL!

Mercy, those swipes will look the same too….especially on the same day.”

OKAY....

RIVER STORY RUNS DRY
AND ALL TIME LOW
08.22.2012

The mighty Mississippi river is running on low as water levels are down. Extreme dry conditions and less rain has drained the river gauge to point where at least 100 ships were held up from traveling down and up its waters. The barges and ships have canceled many trips because of the dangers in dragging the bottom and becoming stuck in the mud. The few days of rain hasn’t been enough to bring the levels up enough to have regular travel flowing again. The river was closed a few days, but slow traffic has emerged with caution.

“What a same story, only last year the river was totally flooded and there was too much water…many watched waiting for the waters to recede.”

“That’s a same story…of a huge kind.” It’s dream…a same story, but a different day may make it all a reality.”

It’s the same day, I’ve finished with these different stories..

That’s all I have today.

“I’ll say the same thing..” “I’ll see you around somewhere up in here.”

Bubbles are different, but they often look the same…OOOOOOOOOOOOOooooo//
