People often ask me for advice about 30-day raw food diets, fresh juice diets, meat-free diets, and the like. Implementing such “diets” does not have to be an event. Make a lifestyle of it.
Here are 3 ways to do it:
1. Make meat a luxury as opposed to having it every day or with every meal.
2. Eat raw foods (i.e. vegetables and fruits) EVERYDAY and eliminate the need to go on cleansing excursions. Shoot for 9 to 10 servings of vegetables and fruits in whole or
juiced form.
3. Perform exercise training and other forms of physical activity on a daily basis to keep your body’s systems functioning properly.
