I never doubted that he had faith. If he had not had some kind of faith, he would not have been envolved with Rev. Wright. I pose the question, Where is all of the faith when the other politican lie, steal, murder? I don't have much faith in the religous rhetoric coming fro those who constantly waving the religion flag. The KKK rides in the name of White Christian America.

I think the Rev threw the President under the bus. He should have known that he picked the wrong time to make his statement. Nothing he said helped the President one bit. In fact, he gave the enemy ammunition to use against the President. He should haave known that the Republicans and the Rush Limbaughs of the US. would seize the opportuniity. There is a time and place for every thing. He should have known better than most how the game is played and what his position in the game was.

The statement Rev. Wright made that the the opposition jumped on was the truth. I don't remember exactly what he said. But it fueled the racist and gave them a reason to accuse President Obama of not being a President for white people. They were saying that The Obamas believed the same things that the Rev. was preaching and therefore he was too Black. It brought into focus of truth what white people feared the most, the lose of their power. Many of them have so much guilt, they believe that Blacks would treat them the way they have treated Blacks and other brown people if brown people had the power.

...and, now I shall conclude with how it still bothers me that the Rush Limbaughs and the Sean Hannity and Bill O'reillys concemed the two daughters of the Obama's as they will never amount to anything because their parents had so damaged them by taking them to this BLACK church...again they always put specia emphis on the BLACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH and in some cases these very peoples declared Mrs. Obama as much worst then her husband as an unfit parent...her statement about being for the first time proud to be an America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...and, yes Sean Hannity is still taling about this to this day, but the rest have let up just a little...they sometimes remember to say children and wives are off limits when it suits them to do so (NUP!!!)

Yes, Thomasena, remember I live in Ca. and, know this 'panic' first hand and our state readly admits it while Tx and Az is in denial and will end up ruining their state rather than admit this fact that the Mexicans have taken over the majority as the race there...
me, I just sit back and enjoy this panic, and really try to keep us focused on how teh Black church is in need of us taking the lead(if this is ever to work for the powers that be) to have this known through out American history. example,
they would never try to openly use the Catholic church against our president, but remember the lie about birth control that got around how much they hate and fear the domination of the Catholic faith in America(again the Mexicans are majority Catholic as well and th ePope has his own private nation to boot), hell look at Romney and his staying away form any thing Mormon...these people are slick, slick, slick and at a loss as how to combate the rise of the Latinos...they so wanted Rubio to help them...we have a black president and, I am sure a Black on the supreme court and maybe soon also a black female in teh senate...we di manage to rise above being majors of cities no one wanted didn't we? LOL...
but, not to worry my sister in spirit, because the last thing thee people want is something said by Wright that is not out of context but is the whole sermon or statement...Wright will never be forgiven for even hinting about a Black God or thisd is the choice we have of our president...either a Black God worshiper or a Muslim and this is what it all boils down to in the real world...(smile)

...it still gets to me how blessed I am to not have had to live the life that had to have been a waking nightmare for our president in living in a family that was unable to accept me because of the color of my skin was considered the wrong one!...
and, poor Oprah as her life in her family was also a living nightmare!...
