Okay... everyone I hope that everyone had a fabulous Saturday indeed. Well my morning and early evening was extremely busy. First I attended the New York University Stern School of Business breakfast for Parents and soon followed by the Alumni session at the Jeffrey S. Gould Welcome Center on 4th Street.
Then me and 'Wifey' proceeded to Mid-Town Manhattan for some shopping and then concluded the early evening at Red Rooster Restaurant in Harlem. We had the chance to meet owner and renown Chef Marcus Samuelsson whom has appeared on TV 1 frequently for his culinary skillzs. Our waitress for today resides in Harlem and brought him over to our table for an introduction.
The man is no joke and he is an perfectionist and we love his "Fried Yard Bird" entree however his food presentation is fabulous and extremly tasty without the extreme belly-filled sensation.
Now back to the matter in hand..... this Dee Jay from Germany (DeeKaa) presents another thirty minute track nothing short of excellent....
