This was a very low year for treators in my area. I had not one single child to knock for candy. But as for costumes, I feel that parents don't want to excerpt a lot of drama to costumes dressing where a child is literally frightened. Halloween has changed consistantly from the past yet it has other options for children to dress up and have fun for the complete good of their safety. Children and tots and parents all benefit.
