Hadn't thought about that. It was supposed to have been Oct. 30 but being held in D.C. they had to postpone it.

I'm finishing my study of them, as I never did get the voter guide mailed to me. But the online version is actually easier to use than the booklet. So NO on 30 and 38, YES on 37, 40 would seem to be a YES as the opposition has withdrawn their opposition ( but I would like to hear your view on districting), the one on human trafficking (35) would seem to be a YES. What do you think of 39? I will be prepared tomorrow. I also will abstain from the Senate vote, that is the top-two result, yes? Something about the open primary system here?

Prop 39 is TAX TREATMENT FOR MULTISTATE BUSINESSES.
CLEAN ENERGY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY FUNDING.
INITIATIVE STATUTE.

Changing the tax statutes, do these multi-state businesses help or hurt Californians, are they paying "their fair share", etc.

One of the most entertaining moments of this debate was this. It was Gary Johnson's turn to speak (and I had every expectation as a Ron Paul supporter to support Gary Johnson), but he made the mistake of asking Jill Stein a question. Well she took full advantage and used up all of Johnson's 3 minutes, leaving him flailing his hands in the air trying (unsuccessfully) to regain the floor! And guess how she used that time? Talking about Net Neutrality!

As you have a TV and I don't could you keep me up to date today on any "breaking news"? Speaking of which, RT America has a new show on called Breaking the Set. Don't know if your internet speed has improved but here is the link to their youtube channel:

Because the districtiong is based on our last cencus, I gave it a yes...I voted las week when I realized I would not be on the polls and have thrown everything away, but I voted yes on 30, because it is much like our president's wanting the 1% to begin topay taxes along with everyone else...the other one is supported and financed by that female $$$$$$$$$$$$$billionaire which is only not just a drop in teh bucket fo rher but a tax loop hole on top of every thing else and my reasons for voting against it in the first place...

Then Jill Stein for president for you unless you can out run your own conscious for the next 4 years. lol (smile) Me, I still don't regret my vote for Ron Paul. Oh, and just learned on the 10pm news that Ca. is doing their phone banking in other state since the left has the votes for our president in the bag over Romney.(smile)

I noticed the two on the taxes in the 30s was one did not include taxes for the 1%ers and the best clue fo rme in the end...both are users, cover ups for the waste of our state already spent long ago...

Yes Steve, much like one must try to do something that is not natural like trying to be somethnig they are not will always come back to bite them in the end as one try in vain to find the proper defense strategy. (smile)

Much like how and why I lost so much faith in Ron Paul as now he seem less natural and more like a human shield out to protect is son...
