It's me, I'm Yo Little Southern Belle, MIISRAEL. I'm having the chills to have you come for a while to read A LITTLE SOUTHERN NEWS. I've gathered as much or; should I say as litttle rather, cool places and cool events to keep your homie chilly imaginations cool with smiles. I have a few ideas for cool holiday lights, and decorations along with some chilly nights you can deck the halls! "If I say too much, I might forget something." So since you're in the halls let's say we do it cool.. You're reading A LITTLE SOUTHERN NEWS.

Here's them Chrismas Stockings!
Let's see hear.. I got stockins fo' Sand, Irma Gurl, James who has two; cause he has two names, one fo' a Butterfly, an nerdin' fit for a King, an..thar's one fo' a Saint. Oh yes!..hears one for a Rich and an Earl an if I overlooked any of y'all.. I have one just fo' you too. Shucks, otherwise I'd be hear naming and naailing stockins all way up to next year...
What do you put in the stockings?
If you have to it's a good idea to fill in the favorites things. Use common gifts like everyday items which you know your gift giving will be used and appreciated. For example, soaps, lotions, and sweet smellin fragrances they like. For yo' chaps I suggest filling them stockins the night before ...you know when Santa Claus comes with fruits, nuts, and a few fun size candies. Add a small hand toy especially one they'll enjoy spending hours in play.
Where do hang a stocking if you anin't got no fireplace?
Dis hear is a problem? No madame' Naw Sir..You can hang dat stocking on a doorknob, a place you can designate on a wall, or simply fo' easy thanking folks you can hang it on the tree! If all else is not thar..just lay them on a designated table or on the flo'!

WINTER WONDERLAND Begins: December 2nd!
Gather up the family, granpa, granma, papa, and you and go over to the palace to see a marvelous light show, and a big screen movie at the IMAX theatar! Y'all can't deck they halls fo' free, so take some money! You can find out mo' cause you know I only tell a little. Look them up on yo' internet, or y'alls cell phones. I hate gadgets!

Puttin up the coolest Christmas Tree!
Everybody gits to help out. This is a how to decorate the coolest tree you'd ever saw! It's so easy and if you's cheap you can be dat too and be's cool. You'll find yo' tree if you don't got one go in the stoes' at garage sales, or yard sales, sometimes folks throws trees away. If you wants a live tree visit a tree farmer; or look and check places dat sells live trees! Now, you got to put the tree up so git dat done and have your cool decorations handy fo'to hangs!

Go thar!!! and imagine what you wants yo' tree to express. Do you want cool fun, cool elegance, cool looks, or the cool in you. If's you's way cool have yo' tree wear shades! Make yo' tree with sunglasses and lights. You'll need several pairs of sunglass or shades..a little imagination and time to hang them shades wit them lights! Try different kinds of sunglasses shapes, and you know it's cool when you turn on the tree and they eyes lights up! Invites yo' friends to a thrill and chill wit yo' chaps!

The Tri-State Defender Downtown Holiday Parade
December 8th, 2012
Fourth and Beale Streets
8-10 a.m.
Line up along Fourth and Beale Streets and welcome back a Downtown Memphis Holiday's Tradition. This is very first time TSDmemphis.com has hosted a parade ever. Last year the babies were crying cause there was no downtown parade! Around 8 in the morn you can hear music and Chrismas songs. Entertainment set only the way Memphians do it. Real country and city. I thank they got it so cool it's be like a visit to coolvilles. Since it's Chrismas brang a toy to donate to the toy drive and help out other chaps that don't got any other cool Santas but y'all. Help out be cool and chill out with them toy drives and donations. Why the parade is open to cool peoples and you can be in it too, but you gots to registrar to particpate..call 901-679-8545 an tell you them you read it in A Little Southern News..I don't bleeve theys get jealous... I only tell a little. Wait a minute...uugh? What is it Miss Gussie Maes?

On a budget? Yo purse, or wallet is looking like it did when you first bought it? Don't fret stay cool! Make simple gifts with lots of love. Here's how you make a couple of thangs with a little budget and magination. Make yo' own home made cards and pitch in a few envelopes. Thars plently of websites dat you can download a simple program fo' making yo own greetings cards. They come with simple intructions even a chap can do it. It's easy fun and if your friend or family is a real true friend they'll like what you made. Second you can bake? If not dat Pillsbury Dough Boy has cookies you can cut and bake and put in a can! Peoples and folks like me likes Christmas Cookies! Most of the thime they will thank you for them cookies next year too!

If you like attending Kwanzaa find out if you can go to one at the Memphis City Schools. Each year they have celebrating Kwanzaa as part of their regular programs. Not only there, many local churches and organizations celebrating Kwanzaa all over the United States. Search and find out where's thars one in yo' own Hometown.
