The awarded home location of the 2014 Winter Olympics had two strikes of different kinds. First strike-- a gasline blast gave way to the Second strike a 5.2 earthquake which shook the Russia's Black Sea resort where the Winter Olympics is scheduled to take place. the power company representative said that a gas line feeds local power exploded a couple of hours before the quake, but the reason for the blast is relatively unknown. According to the source, no heavy damages, injuries or fatalites occured from the blast, nor the quake.
