The traditional definition of race and ethnicity is related to biological and sociological factors respectively. Race refers to a person's physical appearance, such as skin color, eye color, hair color, bone/jaw structure etc. Ethnicity, on the other hand, relates to cultural factors such as nationality, culture, ancestry, language and beliefs.
Okay, you saw where I lost it with Harry. I was using his definition of race until he decided that wasn't good enough. So I switched to ethnicity and he wanted to quibble about that. I take them as synonyms, and ethnicity as the better choice because it's a far older word than race, which was devised by the Darwinians in the 19th century. Anyway, what he's really doing is running from his subject of mishaps of nature.

The word race has to be used because all the definitions of race is applicable to Black Americans while a many definitions of the word ethnicity don’t fit Black Americans. For instance, Black Americans don’t have our own nationality yet and don’t have a culture either. So, to rationally proceed we have to use the word race and that means you will have to recognize the word race, and the hell with Charles Darwin.
So you are capable of telling the truth after all.
I'm perfectly happy to use the word race, Harry, just the way you define it. What I want to know is if ANY minority race is a mishap of nature, in the same way as homos*xuals and left-handed persons are mishaps of nature because, as you said, they are not the majority?
I will get to your question in a minute about minority race being a mis-hap of nature because they are not the majority, okay.
But first, am I correct to now believe that you recognize the physical differences between a Chinese and a Black American man is racial and that these two men are not the same? So, you are saying that you have been wrong all this time about what race is, am I right.

You, yourself is using the word race when you say the Asian race. Well aren’t they different from the race of Black Americans? So, have you been wrong about what is race all this time?

Well, we haven’t quite cleared up your acceptance of race. So, we need to clear that up before we can move forward. You are still having fully accepted that race is real. Please, admit that you have been wrong all this time about race.

Let me explain to you how stupid minded you are. You want me to explain to you how a race of people could be a mis-hap of nature, but at the same time you want the word RACE to be obliterated for the human language. Don’t you think some is wrong with you?

I complain because Black Americans are not the same kind of people as White Americans are.
I complain because Black Americans are a subjugated people in White America.
I complain because we are not a people that were subdued by another race and lost our land like the Native Indians.
