Mr. Sanford,

When would our striving pay off? What is your understanding of completion? My idea of completion is a country of our own. What else other than a country our own would determine our completion? Are we on the same page or are you some place in left-field?

The song is meaningless unless we have the things I say we must have. And, these things we will get in my life-time. The song is a song of us crying out to God for help and now our help is here am I right.

@Harry

We are on the same page; however, the song has meaning today, and will have for generations to come. If one is void of historical knowledge, how does one comprehend, embrace, and engage in what is about to happen?

Well for Harry... The song was originally a poem, which was later put to music...
And for "that" era... The poem was "praising" the accoumplishments achieved during that time.... AS we now celebrate the achievements in this era with the election and re-election of our first African American President....

And I'm certain in another 100 years... our future generation will have accomplishments that they would like to celebrate from our generation... That's the beauty of HISTORY...

Dr. King, Dr. DuBoise, Stevie Wonder "didn't just site there and just run off at the mouth" these historian... Legends were riciduled, jailed, some threatened and lost lives for issues they believed in.... Walking the Walk....

You could never be placed on the highest level of praise and respect as these pioneers of our past...

"Lift Every Voice and Sing" was publicly performed first as a poem as part of a celebration of Lincoln's Birthday on February 12, 1900, by 500 school children at the segregated Stanton School. Its principal, James Weldon Johnson, wrote the words to introduce its honored guest Booker T. Washington. The poem was later set to music by Johnson's brother John in 1905.

Hey Cynthia

Thanks for that piece of history on the song. I didn't know that, and I wonder how many others don't either.

awww... I didn't know either until I took 3 semesters of African Studies....

the original poem was written in the late 1800's....

but I love it still....

Billie Holiday's Strange Fruit was a poem given to her....
that she too .... set it to music....

Hello to all,

I am not against the song at all. This song will be taught in our high schools, colleges and universities to our future generations to give them a snap-shot of this time period and then God came and helped us and gave us everything we ever needed all the way to have our own country.

So, you all lingering around this song being all silly and emotional are not helping you grow your mind.

Your all still yet have a ways to go before being where I am right now.

That song is talking about where we are going to be as I have been saying and one of the reasons that you all don’t see that is because you all are emotionally ignorant. Snap out of it and become interest in what is going on now in our lives. A big-time is slowly taking place that you all don’t have the intelligent and wisdom to see it.

Why it is that the European Gentiles can have Christian and claim Jesus who looks like them, the Arabian people can claim Mohammed and have the Islamic religion, the Jews can claim Moses and have the religion of Judaism, but Black Americans don’t have a prophet or a religion if it wasn’t for God and me other wise we would still be running behind White and Arabian people sucking-up to what God gave for themselves that only them can benefit.

So, when are you all going to see the science in the things I say? And, put the song in its proper place and snap out of your immature emotions.

The song is one thing, the imagery is another together they depict a progressive movement, the process of evolving, eventually arriving at the place God has chosen.

Yes... The Image is haunting!! BUT could you imagine... Just riding out on country roads and over darrrr you see a man hanging by a rope in a tree!!! OMG!!

But the most passionate part about the Image is it's Reality!!! and then look at the degradation ... our people had to suffer....

ok... let me stop.... I ain't ready to put on... Ella Barksdale Brown's shoes...

Cynthia,

I am not going to say it any more because stupid people you have to say the same thing a few times before they get it. Here goes, I am not making a mockery of the song. I said that song has its place in our history when we write our own history and it will be taught in our high schools, colleges and universities. Do you understand me heard-headed women?

I doubt very much if that song will be our national anthem.

Incidentally, the knowledge of God to any people can only come to a people by their prophet for their belief in God to work and since I am the prophet and I never taught you all to believe in God the Christian/Judeo way or the Islamic way no Black American at the moment can believe in God. You all who are Christians believe in White people and not God. And, those of you who believe in Islam believes in the Arabian.

My religion is LIFE and all of you that want to live will embrace this religion because God gave it to me just like God gave Abraham the religion of Judaism and Mohammed Islam.

You think that you are smart, but you don’t know anything because you can’t reason. You have no brain power.

James,

You need to confront some of your ignorance and stop making excuses for them about this song. You need to confront them and move away from them.

Likewise, when I tell you that you can’t have the Jewish Jesus because you are racially different from Jesus don’t make excuses to have Jesus. Confront your ignorance to move away from the Jewish Jesus.

Jesus is not from us and we are not one of Jesus’ kinds. We are Black Americans a new race of people.

James Sanford
Hello James,

Of course, my comment is not general it is a direct respond to your excuses to keep the song. That song will make its way into our history books when our historians begins to write our true and actual history when we become a sovereign people in a country of our own. Our minds should also be pointed in the direction of our sovereign, country, prophet, religion and what sort of movement we will set up instead of all that other nonsense.

We are like prisons getting ready to be release, but we still have the jail house ways on our minds.

Like prisons they have a difficult time adjusting to society after a long, long prison term. Some of them can’t handle that they purposely commit another crime just to go back and live in prison.
Well, we are the same way. We don’t know what it is like to be really free people and that is why you all give me such a fight to have Jesus, Christian, Islam and Mohammed. All these things are your prison stuff and you don’t want to leave them in prison where they belongs.

@Harry

Since you believe you have the power to read the hearts of men, how does my keeping the song differ from yours?
Thursday, January 24th 2013 at 6:57AM
James Sanford
Mr. Sanford,

No, I do not have the power to read the hearts of men. What I have is wisdom and understanding to read the things you and anyone say and from that I am able to discern how your mind is functioning.

Now, how our mind differs about the song is that you are trying to prematurely install it as some great and we are not a sovereign free people yet. So, to think and say this is our national anthem is wrong because we don’t have a country yet. And, perhaps we will choose a different song for our national anthem when the time is appropriate.

What should be on our minds now is God, our prophet, our country, our religion and what sort of government we set-up looking ahead.

@Harry

You are wrong in your interpretation of my intent. As you stated you have wisdom and understanding, one of the great attributes of such is to get all the facts before commenting. You did not do that. How do I know, you did not ask me. I am I right? it would have been much easier to ask then to assume. For the record, and I hope your zeal allows for correction, what I stated at the beginning, is what I meant". It was clear, know men who are wise attempt to delve deep into things in an attempt to uncover what is already uncovered, and when cannot find something they make it up.

Dr. King sacrificed himself for his very last speech, THE MOUNTIAN TOP speech were in he said that God allowed him to go to the mountain top and when he looked over he saw Black Americans in our Promise Land and that we as a people is going to get to the Promise Land even though he may not get there with us.

And, this is the speech that is to be paid attention too.

HE'S A FAKE PROPHET!!!
Thursday, January 24th 2013 at 7:40PM
Cynthia Merrill Artis
Mr. Sanford,

I’ll say it this way and hopefully you will understand where I am coming from.

I would imagine that the Children of Israel had similar thoughts and feelings about things they thought were significant as you think this song is, but to Moses the Israelites thoughts and feelings were all wrong and useless. Their thoughts, songs and feelings did not help them out of Egypt. God and Moses their prophet brought them up out of Egypt am I right.

God did not tell me that the things you all thinks important are not important and therefore, the imagery depict a progressive movement evolving and eventually arriving at the place God has chosen is false and mis-leading.

If you were right God would have mention it to me. What God specifically mentioned to me when I was being anointed was Moses and the Children of Israel.

That song has been around for a long and we are still in the same predicament. I’ve said what our minds should be focus on and one of those things is that you must abandon the Jewish Jesus because you are not a Jew. So, coming to grip with yourself and the wrongs about yourself is what you should be dealing with and not this song. Jewish people can not lead Black Americans to God, do you understand that.

Harry one of the essentials of God, and he loves is the ability to reason…”come let us reason together” Unless you think that statement is a lie about God? You did not respond to may answer, to which was in response to your question - which part? Instead, you circumvented it.

Unlike God, you are man, embody in sin, with multiple faults like all of us, yet you lack humility which is a trait of the ability to reason and leadership. God will correct your ways, if in fact you have been chosen. However, outside of your profound revelation, I continue to seek the God in you.

James,

I see that we are on two different pages supposedly talking about the same thing. I said it and I’ll say it again. I said the song has its place in our history. The song is not important. The song does not have a progressive movement. The song can not evolve us to be were God chose for us to be because songs don’t do that. Am I reasoning?

Bit, anyway tell me what the song do to you. Explain how it makes you feel and what would you like done with the song?

James,

I did take note of this statement when you first made it.

"The song is one thing, the imagery is another together they depict a progressive movement, the process of evolving, eventually arriving at the place God has chosen."

I noted especially the last part "the place God has chosen" and thought to myself there is nothing in your statement that conflicts with Harry's vision. So I don't understand his argument with it at all.

Hello James,

I realize that we are not against each other. I don’t believe either that Cynthia, David and the others are against me and what I stand for except for Steve because he bluntly said to me that he did not want us Black Americans to have our sovereign freedom in a country of our own and I understand why he would say that is because he is White.

But, getting back to us Black Americans what I see is ignorance in our ranks and the is the position that you all argue from with me, but like I said I don’t think that you all are against me like Steve is.

Having said all this let us keep things in an orderly manner. You want to know if God is really speaking to me because you want this song in a way that I am telling you that you can not have it that way.

However, I asked you the question of what does this song do to you and what you think should be done with the song and you just bypass my questions to ask your own question am I right.

Perhaps in your answers to my questions your bewilderment of whether God is really speaking to me may be answered. So, answer my question. What does the song to do you and what would you like done with the song?

Right now there are many things that you all should be tacking and getting straight. One of these things is your faith in God and your religion of Christianity since I’ve already said that you all can not have the Jewish Jesus and I backed myself up with science am I right. You all can not enter into the Promise Land with other people’s religion and that is something that God made clear to me.

God gave me our religion LIFE and that is what you all are going to respect. Likewise, God gave the religion to Judaism and the Jewish people today love and respect their God given religion am I right.

Don’t forget that the Hebrew people told Moses that he also don’t read between the lines either. The Pharisees told Jesus that he don’t read between the lines. The Arabian people told Mohammed that he don’t read between the lines too. So, I am not surprise that you would say the same thing to me your prophet.

I stopped reading your comment after this:

“Having said all this let us keep things in an orderly manner. You want to know if God is really speaking to me because you want this song"

You fail to comprehend, because it's not about "THE SONG" and you do not have the ability to step beyond verbatim. Therefore, it is fruitless to continue and I am now convinced that, a) you have been given a revelation, b) at best, you are a Harbinger, awaiting to evolve into! And that’s not a Bad position to be in.

Well James,

When we don’t want to answer each other’s question than the discussion can not go any where and I right and ignorance just scored another point on your behalf. I’ve answered all of your questions am I right. So, I am playing on a level playing field.

You are expressing a mind of stubbornness and not reasoning. If you were reasoning you wouldn’t have a problem explaining what the song does to you that you would think it is helping us to arrive at where God chose for us Black Americans to be, but you are not doing that instead you are bicycling backwards away from my tough questions. I also asked you what would you like to see done with the song and that too you have not answered as well.

Now you are giving rhetoric like the others since I’ve asked these tough questions that if you honestly would answer you would see that you are wrong and you like every one else don’t want to admit that you are wrong.

How ignorant of you to tell me that I am waiting to evolve into something when you have admit that I was right when I said that Black Americans are a new race of people that you yourself had not the vision to see? I didn’t see it either until God showed it to me and am I not God prophet to us Black American. All that is coming from you now is n

James,

I’ll say this to you. I like these songs; God has spoken, so let the church say amen. I like you Grace and Mercy. These songs sort of give me an up lift even though I change around a few words. The song, Lift Every Voice also gives me an up lift because I reflect on how hard our lives are. I also like the song America the Beautiful it too up lifts me as well. I can imagine how proud White America feels to have struggled to be where they are today in the world.

However, I know were these songs belongs in my life and the lives of my Black American people so I don’t get out of focus like Moses that we want out of White America and into our sovereign country.

I know that you are some what out of focus because you can not let the Jewish Jesus go in spite of the scientific reasons I’ve given to you. So, you need to be question on things and you need to defend your position as I do when I am questioned. I play on a level playing field.

I said all this that it may be of some comfort to you that I am just as much human as you are except that God is guiding me.

James Sanford
Hello Mr. Sanford,

You say that God is guiding you and I know that God is guiding me. Consequentially, one of us is in error am I right.

You and I are of the same race, but you have embraced the Jewish Jesus as your spiritual guide and I have not because Jesus and I are racially different and therefore one of us is wrong.

I know that God would never be guiding a Black American man through the House of Israel because Black Americans are not Jewish. I know that the House of Israel produced the Jewish Jesus as the Arabian people produced the Arab Prophet Mohammed.

From this observation any one with less than average intelligence can see that since the people themselves produces their own prophet that God would anoint it would be against divine policy that God is guiding you through Jesus since we Black Americans did not produce the Jewish Jesus. It is obvious that our prophet must be a Black American.

In other words, Jewish people can only produce Jewish prophets and Jewish prophets can not divinely guide any people but Jewish people.
Likewise, the Arab Prophet Mohammed can only divinely guide the Arabian people and our Black American prophet can only divinely guide Black Americans.

You have been mis-led big time. You are not being guiding by God, but I am. Your error is believing that the Jewish people I’ll call A can not guide Black Americans who I’ll call people B since people A and B are racially different.

The Jewish Jesus is nothing to us, but I am. I am Black America’s first genuine prophet. Any one who can tell you what I’ve just explain has to be Black America’s prophet.

So, when you say mote it be is stupid and irrational. I’ve shown that your position is divinely illogical by the difference of race. Now, you must show that I am wrong and I know that you can not show that I am wrong because you can not get around the race factor. And, what I am say is how God set things up from the first prophet ever anointed up to me. all prophets must racially match their own people and the Jewish Jesus is not a racial match to you Mr. Sanford.

You have been taught wrong about the Jewish Jesus!
