Your Faith News Source: Christianity Today: Mar2013 A new study provided from the Institute of American Values found that adult children of divorcees are less likely to attend church or religious services. The study stated that the most common reason that adult children of divorcees was being less interested in God. This related to their being focused on " bad marriages" and the family's breaking apart with little interaction of one of the parents and God's presence to keep their parents together. The study indicated that parents with so called "good divorcees" were more likely to attend church in which both parents were interactive in the child's growing years up until adulthood. Most of those in the study which were less likely to go to church fellowships voiced that the church did not deal with divorcees a "husband and wife" irreconcilable differences-- and ways families could cope; or understand the separation and or the divorce conditions. Thank you Irma, you have a openness of good and sound reasoning. The list of attributes listed of mutual love, respect, trust.. for appearance is not a good reason to just attend church services if they are not real. As for my point of view the marriage of the heart should be a bonding God's relationship. Thus one can continue to live full lives even over abuse. However, many are not sound when it comes to a relations with God and go or stay away from God for other reasons. Perhaps, they have not tried being godly. One thing I know though it is always a person's choice. Thank you lovely lady.

FOR SOME REASON I SEE THIS RESEARCH'S CONCLUSION AS USING INNOCENT CHILDREN AS PAWNS...EXAMPLE, A 'GOOD' DIVORICE IS ONE THT AVOIDS THE 'UNTIL DEATH DO WE PART AND MOR EWOMEN IN PRISON FOR THIS THEN MEN, MAYBE?...PULS, I JUST CAN'T PICTURE A HUSBAND AND WIFE ONLY HLDING A PEACE TREATY LONG NEOUGH TO GO MAKE A THIS IS A GOOD FAMILY RELATIONSHIP FAMILY ON SUNDAYS FOR A FEW HOURS AS GOOD FOR THE CHILDREN EITHER...A GOOD DIVORCE IS ALWAYS THE BEST WAY OUT OF A BAD MARRIAGE FOR ALL CONCERNED... IS HOW I LOOK AT IT AS ONE WHO HAS ZERO TOLLARANCE FOR ABUSING A CHILD. (SMILE)

...BUT, I AM ONE WHO SEE MARRIAGE ESPECIALLY WHEN THER EIS NO UNITY OF MUTUAL LOVE, RESPECT, TRUST, ECT AS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON AND, ATTENDING CHURCH JUST FOR APPERANCE SAKE IS EVEN WORST. BECAUSE WE ARE DEALING WITH HUMAN BEHAVIORS TRYING TO HIDE BEHIND LABELS THAT ARE BETTER SOCIALLY ACCEPTED IN /BY SOCIAL APPEARANCE AND NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING GODLY....AT LEAST FROM MY POINT OF VIEW. (NUP) GREAT BLOG MIISRAEL...
