I have no idea how these women were selected. I did see a few that were not models. I actually prefer documentary photography to fashion photography, but I have done both, though none in Africa unfortunately.
I didn't see but one that I questioned. All the rest look black to me. Robert, All of the Europeans with dark hair and dark eyes, ie greeks Itallians, Spanish French all of northern Africa All of asia and asia minor, Russian, Germans and especially jews( not a race) chinese and japanese hawaiians and other islanders, have the drop so they are all black. How Black do you have to be for Black people (colored, African American and Negroes) etc. to accept black people. Being black is like being a little bit pregnant. All people of color are the same race what ever we call it. NONE OF THE REST OF THEM HAVE A PROBLEM---ONLY IN THE U S OF A.

Thomasena, Tunisia.... I think i know the one you are talking about... BUT I gotta go back in to see....
YEP.. that's the one THAT caught my eye, she and South Africa.
BUT is it me or does it appear that these women sorta "europeanized" some of their looks - I detect green contacts and hair weave? I would like to see more "African" natural beauty...

THESE women DO NOT REPRESENT the Beauty of the Family Development in Africa......
I think Robert may be bored. I think he may have missed Miss Republic of the Congo.
