I don't generally read any books by any politicians. But in this case I'm curious what makes Obama tick. That is hardly a threat, seeing as how he is the author of the book and reading is a peaceful pastime.

The IRS in 1959 I believe, reinterpreted the U.S. Code regarding 501(c)(4) nonprofits by changing the tax code to use the word "primarily" instead of "exclusively".
